The property is awesome and the room (villa) was very clean, spacious, multiple floors with a large loft. The property staff is great and very accommodating. Security features of the room and property was great too. The onsite restaurant is really nice and there is a restaurant off site just next door.

Cleanliness, staff is very accommodating and the security of the property. The views goes without saying. Located about 20 minutes from Bellagio via bus or ferry. Located about 30 minutes from Como via Ferry and an hour via buss. If you take the Ferry from como to the property take the ferry to the Lezzeno stop and it’s about 5-10 walk to the hotel. If you take the bus take bus C30 and press the button to stop at Lezzeno (I used my Waze to get an idea when I was close to the hotel and then press the stop button on the bus. Ferry is the best option to or from Como as it’s faster.

The room was excellent and the location and views are amazing. The hotel is in a very quiet part of the lake so don't expect lots of bars and restaurants but there are some great options nearby still. We had a great stay, some delicious food and wines in the restaurant and the staff were truly amazing and very helpful.

I think the only minor complaint we had was that there isn't a great deal of lunch/snack options at the hotel. Sometimes you don't want a full restaurant experience and that was all that was really on offer. It's personal preference I suppose but a more casual, relaxed option for the daytime would have been good. Although there is a beach bar that wasn't open for most of our stay due to the time of year and I believe that may offer more like what we were looking for. A very minor issue really.

So glad we picked Lezzeno as the base of our first Lake Como trip. Charming small town that's only a few ferry stops away from the main sightseeing spots such as Bellagio (very touristy and overrated btw). The pier is a short 15-min walk from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Filario. Wonderful staff at Filo and the beach bar, and a special shoutout to Umberto, Petro, Alessia, Emma and Silvia from the wonderful Concierge team who were absolutely amazing. They patiently provided all the info we need ahead and throughout our stay around the clock via WhatsApp! While not sumptuous, the breakfast spread is plentiful. The pastry corner was my fave. Loved chilling by the private beach. And the short Strada Regia hike was very enjoyable.

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious with high-end appointments and warm, modern design. The hotel grounds are terrific, with an excellent pool, small beach area with lake access and a very nice bar/pizza restaurant. The staff are extremely hospitable. The crème de la crème of the entire place are the stunning views of the lake - from the room when you wake up in the morning, the restaurant at breakfast, the pool, everywhere.

From start to finish our experience was five star. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful in planning our stay. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations along with a private vintage boat tour that picked us up from the hotel pier. They even arranged a bottle of Prosecco in our room on the day my boyfriend proposed! All the small gestures of kindness and hospitality are what made our stay memorable. The property is gorgeous and modern but the view from our room took our breath away! The on-site restaurant was also exceptional and I highly recommend trying the chef’s tasting menu for an exciting culinary experience. The location is very convenient within a short walking distance to the ferry and a handful of restaurants. I will recommend this boutique resort to everyone I know.

It’s hard to find any fault in our stay at Filario. There were two tiny maintenance issues in the room but they hardly impacted our experience. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the little table lantern on our balcony never worked.

We stayed in one of the villas, they were clean and modern and had all amenities available. The views from the hotel are surreal! The staff were extremely helpful with every part of our stay. We especially liked the addition of being able to use the kayaks and paddle board for an hour a day free of charge. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Slightly annoying that parking is €20 per night, however this wouldn’t have been a deciding factor, and the parking was very secure so you felt you car was safe.

The little house was perfect as we had access to the sea and beds directly in front of our house . The pool was a 2 min walk max. The little restaurant on the same level as the houses and the free kayaks was perfect with great pizzas. The bathrooms were modern & clean. Gorgeous resturant on the upper level with exceptional food. Staff were super helpful & friendly. Beautiful view’s & gorgeous pier.

The little house was pretty well equipped maybe a tea towel woukd have been handy but it looked a bit tired it needs a little refreshing with paint. The outdoor furniture in our terrace was a bit worn.

The staff were very friendly and made our visit very special because it was our honeymoon. The restaurant, Filo, has 1 Michelin star which we didn't realise when we booked so a few dinners there were really exceptional. Beautiful views of the lake and very luxurious apartments complete with a washer/dryer. The hotel has also won some design awards as well. Even though it was a bit of a drive from Como, it was well worth the effort getting there!

The most spectacular views of the lake. The room was really really large and well located near mini markets and other amenity. The hotel concierge were always extremely helpful and we were really grateful for the assistance with transport options when required. The room was really large and the washing machine and dryer were very convenient for travellers. The outdoor space was fantastic and really allowed us to enjoy our time nearby the lake. Being able to purchase fresh produce for breakfast and have kitchen facilities to prepare food meant we were able to really be inspired by our outdoor space. The restaurant was fantastic. The food, staff and menus choices were wonderful. Absolutely loved everything about this property. We stayed in a residence which was really large and had beautiful lake views. The property was located in a great spot with easy access to ferry and the ability to purchase fresh produce close by. The facilities were wonderful and the area was quiet and idyllic

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The only single disappointment was that the gym didn't open until 9am which was way too late for us and so we couldn't use it

It was a clean, modern and quiet property with breathtaking views of Lake Como. We were upgraded to a one bedroom villa & we loved getting to enjoy the lake which was right in front of our room! We had fun exploring different areas on the lake by getting a day pass for the ferries (which makes complete sense because you don’t have to keep lining up for tickets) & even though the area was quiet, we were walking distance to a few great restaurants as well as a small mini mart.

We didn’t really mind because we wanted a slower pace, but it might be helpful for others to know that the hotel is in Lezzeno, which is not a main tourist area. This meant that it’s about an hour’s drive from Como San Giovanni train station & had less regular ferries compared to other more popular places like Belagio & Menagio.
