Nice and supporting staff who helped us on the every step. There is a public free parking 5 min walk away which is difficult to spot, there are enough free spaces even in peak time - ask at thr reception for a guide. Be ready that breakfasts served are typically Italian (sweet) and are limited to buns/jam/sweet treat (we've got lemon tart one day and croissant with jam another day - both yummy! ), you can also order tea/coffee (good one!) at the bar. Having a breakfast with THIS view (there are tables outside the hotel right on the lake shore with amazing panoramic view over the lake) is an absolutely must have experience. Also, the view from the balcony in the room is lovely.

Limited options during the breakfast. Rooms are outdated and not very comfortable, with tiny bathroom/shower and no soundproof (there was much noise from the corridor and restaurant on the ground floor, but overall the surrounding area is very quiet in the night).

This hotel is owned by a family who welcomed us well, it has a very convenient location ! The room was clean and had a great view on the lake. They also have a restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is good (hot drink, croissant, and a little buffet). We had a great stay at this hotel !

For light sleepers, walls are quite thin so you can hear some noises from the restaurant. If you have a car, note that the hotel is located in a "zona limitada" so you should park on a public parking outside of this zone (5 min by foot from the hotel).

The view from the room was fantastic. We were very comfortable with either the breeze from the lake and/ or the fan in the room. The room was very quiet considering the nearby restaurant activity and church bell next door. The breakfast was more than adequate. We loved the fresh fruit salad and lovely cappuccinos.

Would have been nice to make a tea/coffee in the room, but not a deal breaker. Needed a 3 pin power adapter but the owner/manager loaned us one for the couple of days.

The location was truly amazing. Best view of the lake and snow capped alps, 2 min walk from bus stops and ferry. Food outstanding, room and service great, breakfast good too. Also, I arrived into Lenno quite unwell, and remained that way the entire time with a stomach bug. Two of the waiters went above and beyond to look after me when I made an appearance a few times, but also my husband who was left having afternoon aperitivo and dinners alone! Beautiful little room with fantastic lake views. Comfortable beds, little balcony for two people to sit and drink vine. Downstairs restaurant with delicious food, breakfast is simple but good. Lots of restaurants around to enjoy foods and drinks. Galeteria in 1min walk. Villa Balbianello in 20 min slow walking distance. There is no parking space right next to hotel, but is possible to stop by the main hotel door and unload luggage. Free parking space is in 3 min walk (about 200 meters).

Everything was perfect.

Our room was super nice, with a lake view out of both windows. The location of the hotel is also great, with a ferry terminal nearby if you wish to explore more villages around the lake and also Villa del Balbianello is just a short walk away. The room itself was basic but very comfortable and had a balcony to enjoy the nice views. The staff was friendly and helped us find free parking nearby for our car. We had a great time overall.

Me and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights in June and we loved our twin room with balcony overlooking the beautiful lake on one side and the church and mountains on the other. Excellent lakeside location with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake where we had breakfast. Short walk to the bus stop and ferry pier. Lovely market every Tuesdayby the lake where we had breakfast right by the lake and Beautiful

The property was right at the lake side and had amazing views through the windows. The building is old but had a charm to it. They also have a restaurant downstairs facing the lake. The breakfast had a small buffet counter and they also had some tasty Croissants and coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also it is 3-4 minutes walk from the Lenno Ferry, If you are traveling via a ferry from Como or Bellagio, the property is easily accessible.

The wifi could have been stronger, I stayed on the 2nd floor and the wifi signal was poor or sometimes null there.

Quiet and cute hotel. Great views of the lake. Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and easy. The staff were very kind and made the stay even more enjoyable. Great location - easy access to the ferry, quiet area to escape (would rather stay here than in Como). Also close to the villa del balbianello and transit

Pricey food and drinks. Food was nothing special. They’re closed on Wednesdays so when we checked out on that day, I didn’t bother asking if they could hold our luggage (which most hotels would). This place is more of a restaurant than hotel. No 24 hour lobby either. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, just a croissant and coffee, or juice and fruit, cereal, or other bread. I would still stay here for the location alone.
