The hotel is in a very good location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had an excellent lakeview.

The only downside was the parking. We wanted to book an accomodation which has parking. We are a family with two little kids and carrying luggages from own parking space would have been nice. Unfortunately there was no available parking space by the time of our arrival. It should have been said that the number of parking spaces are limited. Anyways there is a free car park just 100 meters away from the Hotel so it was not a significant matter but it should be described.

The room is great, it was big and clean, the room view was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly, they helped us from start to finish. The breakfast was full of options and was great. There was a swimming pool but didn't have the time to try it out, but it looked great.

The AC not properly working just like other hotels in Europe for some reason. Location is not bad, but it could've been better, you have to walk a bit to find something open after 7 o'clock. and note very where there crosswalks.(a problem from Italy not the hotel)

Don’t hesitate to book if you’re after friendly service in a boutique feel hotel! :) The rooms are clean, the pool is lovely and the food is nice! Overall such a nice stay with our 10 month old and we would definitely book again with how friendly the staff were towards us. Any issues we had (not issues with the hotel) they were so lovely and would help us arrange taxis, boats and anything we wanted. They even let us stay at their property to use the pool and order food etc up until the following evening after check out due to lack of taxis available on the day of our departure back to Milan. The staff are 10/10 :)

Stunning view from the room We booked and paid for room which said “garden view” but stayed in the room directly viewing the lake which was absolutely stunning and we had 2 balconies as this was corner room it was very comfortable and cute Lovely and welcoming receptionist They have private garage where you can park the car for a certain charge Location is perfect near by beautiful Parco Teresio Olivelli Few cafes and restaurants

The view of the lake from our excellent balconied room was stunning. The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful all week. The hotel had an excellent swimming pool. The breakfast was very good. Lenno and Tremezzo were easy walks away as were ferries to take you to all parts of the lake.

The view is amazing. Waking up with a very nice lake view makes you feel at peace. The position is very good, close to lots of places and near the ferry boat, so you can go anywhere.

Everything was very good. If I have to say something, I would say the mini fridge (?), but just because it wasn’t cooling that much, but it didn’t matter.

Super hotel with extra friendly staff. And it has a real carpark under the hotel. We enjoyed a cold beer in the beer garden at night time and the breakfast was really nice. The extra bonus is that the staff were extra helpful and friendly.

Be aware that its about a 30+ minute drive into Como and the road is extra narrow in places.

We had a wonderful room with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and ample space for our clothes. The bathroom was good - it was well lit and the shower had fabulous water pressure. The pool was perfect, the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to have a spot to park our rental car. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel is on the Main Street around Lake Como, so there is a fare amount of traffic noise. However, closed windows block out the sound.

Comfortable, modern hotel in a good location overlooking Lake Como. I had questions about getting to Villa del Balbianello and the reception were able to organise a taxi to the jetty for the boat to the villa. Really helpful staff, very good restaurant and my lake view room was comfortable and spacious.

The location is excellent, an easy walk to Lenno to catch the numerous ferries and an easy walk to Tremezzo for a good choice of restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony was incredible. The road outside is very busy but we weren’t affected by any noise in the room. You do have to walk alongside the busy road but there is only a short stretch that doesn’t have a footpath.

The room is very basic although the bed was very comfortable, the room lacked any character. The breakfast was very basic and the hot selection wasn’t very appealing.
