Very good location, walking distance from the waterfront and Colico train station. Staff really helpful and even provided me with a paper guide of where to visit in Bellano, Menaggio and Bellagio.

Breakfast wasn't for me, eating pasta and pizza and lot of breads isn't my preference. But they do eggs and bacon and you can get yogurts, fruit and take some cake for your room later in the day.

They had a very nice and broad breakfast buffet, that was good. We liked the room, it had a small French balcony which you can enjoy your morning coffe. I especially found the beds very comfortable. In general everything was quite OK. Parking was also easy, you can use the free public parking nearby, but may be a bit hard to find empty spots. If full, you can use the parking between the railway and lakeside.

Almost nothing, except the outdated interior of the hotel (not the room). We didn't understand why the general rating is so low.

Internet didn't work on the 3rd floor. And the fire alarm went off twice during the night. Maybe there was a technical glitch or someone was smoking in the room. But it's good that there is an alarm. But overall it's a great hotel.

Large room, quiet but still very close to the harbour and just a short walk to the train station we arrived at after doing the Bernina Express. Good breakfast too! We rented bikes at the harbour and cycled to the very north of the lake in about 2 hours. Almost all on cycle paths or back roads so very safe. Lake Como is very comfortable for swimming in August.

Small, cozy and quiet hotel in the city center. Close to shops, restaurants and the lake. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great service from all the staff. I will definitely come back again.

Nice clean room with coffe facilities and a balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast with good choice of foods. Close to the station and the lake front with its cafes bars and beach. Easy to walk to the lake ships and cycle hire

The staff were really friendly and supportive and were able to accommodate to my requests. The room was a really good size with a beautiful view. The bathroom was really big as well with toiletries available. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of both sweet and savoury food.

The ONLY thing that could have improved the stay was if the air conditioning worked. The hotel staff let me know that because we had moved into September the air conditioning is changed to heating, so the AC didn't work. This was a bit of a problem because it was really hot for us with temperatures in the high 20s. However, the staff accommodated for us by giving us a strong fan to use in our room instead!

Everything was perfect, had a very confortable and clean room. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff very helpful and friendly. It's located conveniently only 5 minutes away from the Colico train station. The interconnected restaurant has a very good choice for dinner and great food :) I truly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very kind. The interaction with the staff gave a family feeling not common these days. it was very appreciated.

I booked a single room so a single bed is what I could expect; it was confortable but the bed size seems to be outdated. Very minor point, it is just a suggestion.
