The view was exceptional, we were on the ground floor and it was just peaceful, the pool being private was never busy, we always had a sun lounger so no going out at 7am to put a towel down. Ten minute walk from the Lido and three minutes to the closest restaurant. A walk into town is a great exercise and it is lovely to relax by the lake with an Espresso.

Mosquitos, but that's not their fault, god bless air conditioning in the height of summer, made sleep that much easier, there is no other things I could say we didn't like so I will just say, you are getting your moneys worth staying there.

We liked everything. The apartment was impeccable and has everything you need for a stay. Although the weather was not ideal, my kids enjoyed the pool and it was beautiful. It has an area with grills and tables which was great. And walking to the center of Colico is only 10 min. Not to mention the attention of the staff. Very friendly. Manuela was very kind, she explained everything we needed. When we left the owner came to say goodbye and ask us how everything was. I thought it was a very nice gesture too. 100% recommendable.

The apartment (and the whole property in general) was clean and tidy. We didn't fully enjoy the pool as the weather wasn't great during our stay there however the pool/pool area looked great. Also the location is good, walking distance from the lake and all local restaurants and coffee shops. Manuela was very helpful and responsive to all our requests.

We found it strange that we had to pay extra for the SPA facilities. Also the neighbour's dogs were a bit noisy during the nights... they woke me up a couple of times.

Manuela was very accommodating and helpful, answered our questions promptly and the whole experience of staying here was heightened by the wonderful service. The apartment was modern, had all the kitchen equipment we needed and was exceptionally clean. A big plus was the pool, which is a very good size, the access to washing machine and that there were both bath towels and swimming pool towels. We would not hesitate to come back again. The views of the mountains all around were also excellent.

Everything! The Apartment was beautiful and clean, lovely view from the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The location was lovely, walking distance to restaurants and to the water boat station/ ferry station. Convenient to get around the lake yet a lovely and quiet place to stay. The host was so helpful, answered all questions. She was friendly and lovely! Overall had an amazing time just flew by, I would go back in a heartbeat! Would definitely recommend 👌

Very modern and clean . Lush pool . Lovely staff very helpful . Free toiletries and wine on arrival .

No internet tv . No tea coffee milk sugar . Only 1 toilet roll provided needed more . No wine glasses . Bit to far to walk from station with cases and baby no uber in area ( no taxi available ) . Long walk home from the lake up hill to ( no taxis available ) . This place is for someone who likes walking .

Beautiful large clean apartment, lovely pool and beautiful view of the mountains. Laundry room with 2 washers available

Only downside was lack of food options in close proximity, a few restaurants within 15-20 minute walk. if breakfast would have been provided it would have been an excellent option

It was a beautiful apartment. . We enjoyed it.

Two things. 1. There isn't a real spa facility. I somehow assumed it would be available for us on a rainy day. So there was a rainy day. And it wasn't really there. It has to be pre reserved, 30 euros per person for.up to two hours. Not realistic or spontaneous enough as far as I'm concerned 2. Certain things which you don't wish to purchase because of the wasteful packaging size but need to because they are not provided: toilet paper and trash bags.

Excellent place near Como. Bellagio and Varenna are accessible by boat. Amazing rooms , very clean , easy check in , nice restaurants nearby , beautiful view and good swimming pool . Worth the money and highly recommended

Nothing to complain

The views from the balcony were out of this world! The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the things you'd want. Exception to this is an iron but there is a laundry room where you can use one Manuela the host was fantastic and was always helpful if we had any questions

Maybe a little manual for how to use the A/C, describe which bin is what things, and other little practical things would be handy.
