The location was excellent and some of the serving bar staff were nice and friendly

1)Having to pay for parking. 2)Didn’t get the room we had booked until we emailed them and got in touch with customer service at booking. com! 3)The woman who checked us in was very rude and unhelpful and unfriendly

It was in the centre of town, close to the ferry and charming. The rooms were comfortable , the food was good , but for us not included. The infinitely pool and sauna fun and we had a sweet balcony . The town was bustling but not as busy as the other towns . It was very pretty and the quaint .

As our room on the first floor was overlooking the square the bar seemed to be active until 2.30 / 3.00am, so couldn’t sleep with the doors open (which we prefer) However with the doors closed and the aircon it certainly blocked out any noise .

Location was amazing, right by the lake and on the front. Our room had a terrace overlooking the main square in Menaggio and the lake which was amazing. The rooftop pool was amazing and the aperol is great!

The room was a good size and clean however there was a bit of a smell and the bathroom was quite basic based on the cost of the hotel too. Parking was also an extra cost which was a shame based on the cost of the hotel. I dont understand that location and space is a premium in general but advertised as having parking and then charging.

Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs, no coffee in the room. Parking was superb, but about 500 meters from hotel

Great location and rustic charm of the place. Room was kept clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Close to ferry wharf and central base to visit places on Lake Como. The lift was handy with our room being on the 3rd floor (some older hotels only have stairs)

Door to the bathroom sqeaked.(just needs oil) Limited food menu . Limited control of air conditioning I.e no matter the setting the room would be freezing around 2 - 4 am and the only solution was to turn it off then restart it at 8 am. These are minor things. We loved our stay.

We thought as a group. that Lake Como was absolutely stunning. Sometimes the streets got a little bit chaotic. but that is the (experiencing) part of travelling.

Our room was overlooking the square, which is beautiful in the day and evening. but as the evening went on, it got louder and louder and some tourists are quite ignorant to the noise they make In the early hours of the morning.

Perfect location and the small pool on the top floor was an added bonus. The rooms are large, it’s easy to get to the hotel from the ferry - no serious uphill struggle with a suitcase - and it’s a lovely friendly location.

I could have done with different pillows - but that’s largely my issue (I always take my own when not flying!) and I didn’t ask for different ones. Other than that - it’s a lovely, friendly hotel.

The room was exactly as the photo. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The roof top infinity pool was above expectations, the water was a beautiful temp and the view was spectacularly breathtaking. The Location was perfect, right on the lake with boat hire available just an 1 minute walk away and on the town square for restaurants and shops. The hotel also has its own bar and food and does beautiful fresh croissants that you can smell through the entire hotel, baking every morning for breakfast . Taxi stand right out the front. Ferry a 5 minute walk and the bus stop a 5 minute walk to the top of the square. The only thing I found not to my liking was the firmness of the bed as I prefer softer but that was it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was right in the heart of Menaggio and walking distance to restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel was right on the water and had views of Lake Como and walking distance to the ferry terminal to explore Lake Como areas. The room was spacious to accommodate large luggage, a bonus the hotel had lift. Overall a very comfortable stay for short term.

Absolutely brilliant. The most amazing location right on the water in Menaggio (the least busy of the three main towns in Como). 5 minute walk to the ferry, less to the bus stop. The pool has the most insane view of the lake.

Pool area is very small with only 2 seats so often there is no space to sit if others are already there. Also the pool is metal so it’s a bit slippery.
