We had a most enjoyable 6 nigh stay. The room was comfy and well presented, that is, very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were fantastic and even if we had a latish departure we can back to find the room had been cleaned. The location of the hotel is fantastic and our initially concerned that the noise from the piazza would be intrusive in fact turned out to be not a problem. The secure parking provided, at a charge, is located close to the hotel and is very convenient in terms of accessing the car when heading out on day trips. We enjoyed our stay and certainly would rebook this hotel should we be back that way again.

We can actually say, there was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like.

Comfortable, large room with good bathroom. Just off main square in Menaggio. Had kettle, tea and coffee. Very quiet overnight. Hotel is run by Hotel du Lac so need to check in and check out there.

Bar opposite our room had music throughout evening which was noisy with window open. However it usually finished at 10. Room very quiet after that.

The location was perfect - just off the main square with a view to the lake. The room was a perfect size: we had a family room with an unusually stylish bunk bed in one room, then a large separate room with double bed leading off. Both opened onto a little balcony that was the perfect place to enjoy croissants from the incredible local bakery.

Breakfast was expensive, and it was a shame guests here can’t use the facilities at parent Hotel du Lac. We’d definitely return though.

The balcony had an exceptional view over the lake and nearby mountains. The apartment is right in the heart of Menaggio.

Check in was a bit confusing, especially with parking. We had to park in the town (not easy) and walk to the hotel before we could figure out how to check in and where to park. Some instructions prior to arrival would have been helpful.

Perfect location, just in the very centre. Parking is available for additional charge nearby. Ferries are 10 min from the hotel. Breakfast is served a la carte for additional price in the cafe. Location is great for enjoying the city, commuting by the ferries, having dinner in the local restaurants and just having a rest.

Clean. Outstanding location. Comfortable bed and nice pillows and bedding. Plenty of closet space. Balcony with lake view.

Bathroom small and low sloped ceiling. I had to bend down a little to see myself in the mirror. (I am 5 feet 8 inches tall)

The place is in the center of everything you need and right by the lakeside, near restos, shops and ferry to other places in Lake Como. Location is everything and exceedingly cheap for the price you pay considering you are in Lake Como. We love the people from the reception and cafe too! They are very approachable.

Location is at the centre and close to good restaurants , bakery and enotecas. Room is big

Room 501 given is actually the roof attic. So part of the room n toilet slope downwards making it difficult for tall guests.

Great location..Great views. Quirky room but super clean. Balcony views.

Not a criticism but if you're a tall Aussie beware in the shower! Low support bar and roof. But this was our room. Not sure of others

Photos do not do this place justice. Great location easy to get ferry to other spots in Como very easily. Restaurants out the front of building. Great views, didn’t even know we had a little balcony/patio and the views were great! Definitely would go back!
