Wow, wow and wow again! Such a beautiful hotel! 10/10 lake and mountains view, very modern room, swimming pool, free on site parking. Spa(sauna) is 30 euro, for private usage, worth it as well! Breakfast is really variable, lots of fresh food and quality is perfect

Hotel is located near the main road, can be noisy but at the night it was very silent, actually (with the window opened). The biggest downside (more like a suggestion for the hotel) is that the eggs aren’t served buffet-style. They ask what type you’d like for breakfast (fried, scrambled), but in the end, they bring a child-sized portion. I understand that for a child or for someone who doesn’t eat much, that might be enough, but for 100kg guys it’s a bit unpleasant to get at breakfast. It would be nice if you asked how many eggs the guest would like for breakfast. These tiny portions add a bit of confusion in my mind.

Hotel was lovely, clean and great pool. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Close to the ferry so made life without a car easy.

Only downside in very hot weather was there were onto five umbrellas to shade from the sun. This was due to it becoming potentially windy on the opposite side. So in essence only five couples could get shade at any one time. They need to find a solution to this.

Great view over the lake, nice pool and amenities overall. Very clean and service was excellent, super kind for babies - every day prepared a warm milk for my toddler so we can make him a kakao. 15min to good restaurants, 25min drive to Menaggio/Villa Carlotta where you can catch a ferry to Belaggio - much quicker then hop on ferry in Domaso directly.

The pool could be heated, our room was a bit humid and they could serve dinner in the bar as it’s really nice to sit there and look at the lake/pool.

Everything. The hotel location is amazing - a few minutes walk to the ferry stop and town centre, with a stunning view of the lake. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. The rooms are clean, well-soundproofed and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. The spa area is wonderful. Best of all, though, are the staff, who are friendly, welcoming, helpful and who go the extra mile to make your stay perfect.

WOW,This hotel is just something special, Before arriving, they messaged me just to check what time i would be arriving,so that everything is ready,once i got there from milan was tired and not sure how to pay the congestion of band c in milan that i was in, but Leitzia at the reception said she can check for me and help me sort it out as i wasnt sure, She was very welcoming from the moment we arrived Gave us the room key and gave us a very warm welcome to the hotel, took us to the room and i just could not belivee the view we had from our room with the balcony, just breath taking. Overlooking the lake como just spectacular. Also, they have a private sauna, which you can book for private use. Infinity pool. Also the breakfast was just amazing,all the staff there were just amazing. After travelling through europe driving and then be able to get a hotel with such service is just rare. Was able to put my mind at ease and enjoy the night there. If you ever go upto towars domaso try and see if you can get this hotel..

There was nothing there not to like. Just superb.

Everything was amazing! Room cleanliness, breakfast was nice and varied! Staff was also exceptional, went above and beyond for us. We kept getting stranded at Colico due to train delays and missing the last bus to the hotel, and the staff offered to pick us up. It was such a stress relief and made us feel very special!

Spacious hotel room, good shower and a really nice balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast was decent and the staff were all very friendly. Location in Domaso is ideal - short walk to the ferry port and local restaurants (make sure you go to Azienda Agricola Sorsasso - amazing family-run restaurant on a Vineyard that was so good!!!)

The only let down was the very busy road right outside the hotel so you can hear the traffic when by the pool. Not a deal breaker though, just wasn’t great for that pool vibe…!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic possibly the best I've stayed in, staff where exceptional and really made us welcome and always had a smile on their faces. Rooms where clean and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of choice with the offer of eggs cooked however you wanted with or without bacon. Private use of spa was a lovely treat when it rained and the pool was fabulous. Good transport connections with bus and ferry a short walk away and train availble from Calico to Milan.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff who can’t do enough to help , especially the reception, taking time to work out ferries and places to visit. Breakfast was great and pool and gardens lovely

We paid top room rate for lakeside view which was fantastic with a lovely balcony but it was slightly over shadowed by the road noise below which was quite extensive

This property is 11/10. It is wonderful and the pool area is stunning. The pool is exceptionally clean and it has bar service also. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.
