We booked a Deluxe double with balcony (one of the refurbished rooms). It was excellent throughout and enjoyed the shower/sauna and speakers. The view was out of this world 🥰 The staff were all so friendly and very accomodating. Plenty of parking outside the hotel or in a garage opposite. The area was very peaceful which we loved and felt safe. The food in the restaurant was very good (tasted the Veal t-bone schnitzel, Merluzzo, Parmiggiana, Meat & cheese platter and Chicken Leg). Breakfast was a continental + scrambled eggs.

No complaints 🙂 Just a suggestion to maybe include pesce crudo on the menu.

Everything. My group of 6 girlfriends were treated royally. The Hotel is lovely, rooms with magical views amazing, restaurant very good. We loved the peaceful location with easy access to the ferry to explore other towns. We also did the train day trip over the Swiss Alps. Stunning. The staff is top notch. Valerio. Chiara and Giuseppe were so attentive, professional and friendly. The other staff were also excellent including Diana. Thank you all for making our week with you perfect. Grazie di tutto.

I really like the calm location and the view from the room. The swimming pool looked very good, but due to bad weather, I could not try it. Also, the staff was very helpful!

I think the breakfast should offer a bit more variety. Also, we wrote several times to ask about recommended places for rental bikes around the area and if it was ok to bring our bikes, but we did not get any reply.

Amazing location and views. Staff were so lovely, gave great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Rooms are large, clean and have Great Lake views. We were incredibly happy with the hotel. Having both a beach and a pool was a big plus.

Not the hotels fault, but the neighbours dogs bark incredibly loud every morning at 6:15am. This was quite annoying as it woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep.

- great location, you can go by foot to Domaso or Gravedona - amazing pool - great view - heating - cosy room

- small rooms and too little space to hang things - wool blankets and not "real" ones - room cleaning didn't vacuum - only one bin in the bathroom and that one open (which is bad for nappies or if you throw away food-rests) - no mosquito nets

For the most hotels in Europe I was in, Hotel Regina is one of the most honest concerning all the informations about the hotel: rating (3 stars), photos of the room, the location etc. Respect of the staff for the customers Amazing location and view

We are Hyatt Globalists, so we always get upgrades. Of course, I know this is not a Hyatt, so no upgrade, but it sucks if you get upgraded 98% of your stays and then not at 2%. Not blaming the hotel. They were great

Beautiful location at a perfect spot on the lake, everywhere was clean, fresh and the staff were brilliant.

Room was a great size but outdated compared to other rooms. Menu was basic and some things were pricey for what to got.

Good breakfast. Amazing view if you have a lake view room. Ask for one of the new Executive rooms recently completed.The restaurant in the evening is extremely reasonable which is good as it is a little walk to alternatives.

Paper cups in the room for your morning coffee.

Amazing hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location for exploring the lake. Thank you to the staff for a complimentary bottle of fizz for my birthday, and making us a lunch bag for our flight. Would stay here again! ❤️
