Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Exceptionally quiet waking up to birds tweeting and singing. Relaxing and Peaceful atmosphere. Wonderfully helpful owners and Amazingly helpful and hard working staff in all areas of the hotel. Would need a car or rent a scooter to get to see nearby towns- remote in that aspect. Shop and some restaurants nearby 10-16 walk along the lake.

We have visited Tullio twice before and it was top of our list to revisit. Giovanni and Isabella are wonderful owners and hosts always making us very welcome. Everything is done to perfection. The Hotel is in a very tranquil area directly looking onto Lake Como but has good accessibility. The rooms are all an excellent size, beautifully clean with very large, comfortable beds. We had a balcony overlooking the lake which is always a bonus. Breakfast is the best we have ever had with even a glass of fizz to wash it down! We did have a light meal one evening which was really good. We cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough and want to thank Giovanni and Isabella for another wonderful stay. We will be back!

There is absolutely nothing.

Tulio at Lake Como stole our hearts! Perfectly located, the walking trail and lake views were enchanting. The room's glass door framed stunning Alps sunsets, and dinners on the balcony were pure romance. Tranquil, with innovative lounge chairs and free bikes for exploring, it's a dreamy escape. The breakfast buffet, especially the almond cake, added a sweet touch to our stay. A truly romantic haven by the lake – don't miss it!

Just a heads-up for future guests: the shower tended to splash a bit, so packing some grippy shower shoes or requesting an extra towel might be handy. The room's air conditioning was cozy, although for those used to cooler temperatures, like around 68 degrees Fahrenheit, it might feel a tad warm. Also, be mindful of local restaurant schedules – plan your meals around the charming small towns' timetables for a delightful stay.

Great location overlooking the lake and a short walk to restaurants. Room was clean and a really good size. Our room had a balcony leading onto a very large communal veranda with plenty of room to sit or lie and enjoy the sun. The pool was a good size with ample space for sun beds in the surrounding gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a good variety of food to choose from.

Nothing not to like

Everything, the lovely lawned area, with seats and loungers, the pool we didn't use but looked very inviting. The room was lovely, quite large, with out side sitting, and the views are amazing, we only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer, very peaceful. Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything. Staff were all very nice. Word of advice the plugs are not European they are 3 pins, so don't get caught out like us, (check Italian Plugs) We went to the town of Gravendona, walked about 15 mins, found a few restaurants and bars, all good.

Nothing

The hotel manages to both be off in the middle of nowhere but also right on the shore of Lake Como. You drive through a bunch of fields and poorly marked roads, thinking you're lost, and then you see a few signs and next thing you know you're pulling up at a fairly magical place. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great, it had a nice pool, it's right on Lake Como, and the vibe was really relaxed and relaxing. Great place to escape for a few days. They have spa services and bikes to borrow for free. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely be interested in coming back.

Not much to complain about. The only real bummer: no restaurant in the hotel (although they serve some light food and drink) and not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, either. You need a car to get to and from the hotel and to almost anything else except the lake.

Perfectly located by the lake. Suitable for all the family. The staff were really good and always very accommodating. The rooms are the perfect size for a family group and had air conditioning on all the time when hot. The food was a plenty, with food served throughout the day too, perfect for young families. Looking forward to returning.

No negatives

Great location direct at the lake with nice pool and garden. Modern and 'fresh'. Great breakfast. Short walk to town with enough choice for diner.

Matrasses are a bit to hard for my liking... Beside the hotel, there is a youthcamp ground. It was unoccupied when we visited the hotel, but we can image this can cause some noise to the rooms at that side of the hotel.

Lovely modern hotel in a peaceful lakeside location but only a short 15 min walk into the village. Excellent comfortable rooms, lovely pool (although a bit chilly in September) and terrace overlooking the lake. All staff pleasant and very helpful and wonderful breakfast included

Nothing, we shall return

This is one of the BEST hotels we have stayed in. Perfect location so lovely and quiet too. The pool was stunning our room perfect we had a superior room that went out to the balcony above the pool. We ate dinner at the hotel it was very reasonably priced and food was excellent. The bar tender could not have been more helpful as was reception. If you are in this area you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer there.
