Our accommodations, situated on the ground floor, offered breathtaking views of the lake, and we were delighted to have direct access to the garden from our room. The exceptionally comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast surpassed expectations with its array of freshly baked goods. Additionally, the hotel features a restaurant that serves delectable dishes, sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Guests can also take advantage of the spacious garage free of charge. The staff members were incredibly hospitable, demonstrating warmth and providing us with valuable insights about the lake. The serene ambiance of the location left a lasting impression, and we eagerly anticipate a longer stay during our next visit.

The staff were tremendous - we were delayed so arrived later than expected. The receptionist made contact with us to ensure that we had all the information we needed with full instructions on where to find the parking and the keys for our rooms. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices.

The location is amazing, right at the lake. The beach is not crowded and it is very clean area. Because this is a small village — there were not so many people, so we were very happy. Rooms are nice, get the value for money. The bathroom is a bit too small, but sufficient. This place has a great parking space under the building, which is very large and has enough space for a lot of cars. Please note, that this spot is also very popular with wind surfers and kiters, and it can become a bit crazy at the beach on the windy days. The breakfast had very limited variety, but we loved the croissants that you can fill yourself. They were always soft and fluffy.

The only not great experience was when we tried to order pizza to eat on the beach from the restaurant: they did not offer us a box, just gave two napkins.

Location is just superb. Right on the lake. Parking is good. Very well situated.

Nothing it’s fantastic Very good stay. My second time here. Most of the staff were lovely. On our last day, we seemed to have had an off day with one of the waitresses. Considering we had been there for 4 days and spent between 60-80 euros a night, myself and my partner felt she dealt with a particular situation badly. Left a slight bad taste in the mouth. Our stay though was otherwise good. Would recommend the Hotel, 100%

The rooms are basic but clean, functional and comfortable. We had an amazing view (lake view room). Great location with its own little beach. The staff absolutely deserves 10 stars. So very hospitable and friendly. We were going to a wedding nearby (a bit too long to walk but too short to order a taxi) and they drove us in their private car!

room design seems a bit basic/dated - not bad but just how it is. But wouldn’t stop me from going back!

The family who run this hotel like a welll-oiled machine, were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel part of their family. The location was stunning being right on the lake and the food was very good

The room was a little utilitarian and the furniture had no drawers to store clothes. The shower was too forceful and flooded the floor.

The property is right next to the lake where you can swim in any time of day .Amazing view from the balcony, very clean and the staff is excellent. We didn’t have any problems with the internet. We highly recommend to friends to stay in this hotel. Dinner is also very nice with lakeside view.

There was no aircon to cool the room.

Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home from the first day. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The location was unbeatable with the beach directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful, relaxing and pleasant stay in Lake Como.

The view from the room was breathtaking! The food at the restaurant (on site) was amazing, and the breakfast was super fresh and tasty even though there was not a huge selection. The staff are amazing, the hotel is just 10/10! We will definitely stay again! And it had parking which is a huge bonus!

Hotel restaurant was closed. A message telling me would have been good, but there wasn’t one. We were directed to a nearby expensive place but the lakeside cafe was not mentioned. Evening male receptionist seemed more interested in playing on his phone than speaking to me.
