This apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything looked quite new. Lovely fresh decor, very comfortable bed. Shower was small but efficient. We had a small balcony. There were 2 chairs in the apartment which we took out onto the balcony to sit. A couple of small chairs out there would have been good. Great facilities in the kitchen. Staff were helpful and room was serviced every day. Good location as only 5 minutes from railway station and 10 minutes from lakeside.

A hairdryer with a long enough cable to use in front of a mirror and a small shelf in the shower for shampoo would be helpful.

Very nice and cute house. Good and quiet location. Very clean. Staff was very very nice. Close to supermarket and train station and beautiful nature.

I wish there was a kitchen knife and also black pepper and not only salt. My bed had a memory foam mattress and it was too soft for me but I put a pillow under my torso and it was ok. But maybe the description about the beds could include what kind of mattress.

One of the best guest houses with an incredibly helpful and flexible host! The instructions were very easy to follow, and the place was spotless—perfect for a short stay. Our flight was delayed, but the host went above and beyond by helping us with self-check-in, providing clear instructions and a map to follow. The kitchen is adorable, making you feel right at home and cozy. The place is perfect for starting your journey from Varenna.

Amazing location and value for money in the peaceful town of Dervio. The location is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and you can easily explore the more touristy places from here (train journey to Varenna is only 10 minutes).

I love the houses hosted by Marco and Grazia, all their accommodations are fully equipped and accessoried with an impeccable mountain taste, I love the common kitchen they have on the ground floor, super clean, extremely cosy (there’s a fireplace)

Amazingly clean property, great kitchen and living room. Marko was always available for questions. Good neighbourhood with very friendly people. The coffee shop/grocery store in front is a mist try.

Nothing except the fact that commuting from Dervio to other towns was really inconvenient. trains and buses were not very frequent. However it was due to landslide and hopefully a one time issue.

Very clean, large modern room and bath. Kitchen and breakfast room to use. Friendly, helpful staff. Centrally located. Non Solo Pane deli across the way serves breakfast in nice outdoor plaza.

Wish the price had included breakfast.

Simple and clean room in the heart of Dervio. Nice self-service breakfast.

Free parking space far away (check the map to find one), mostly all the lots are taken. Reserve time for finding and then walking to the property. The reception (to pick the keys) is two blocks away from the room, a bit difficult to find if arriving late.

Well decorated, comfortable, short walk from the lakeside, well priced and good facilities. The host is very kind and speaks good English, although he did make sure that I practiced my Italian instead.

Nothing really. Just beware that the property is about 30-40 metres away from the office where you collect the key.
