Our host was delightful and took such good care of us! Prior to our stay she reached out asking if we needed help booking anything. She had lots of great recommendations. We last minute needed help with a boating reservation so she made a call and book us something day of! Breakfast was made by her and delicious. She even had gluten free croissants for me.

We were not able to change the thermostat to AC so our room got fairly warm. It also unfortunately didn't have as great of a view as we had hoped for. You could see a glimpse of the water but it was still fairly far away.

I LAKE IT BELLAGIO was a very nice surprise. The property is simple but nicely decorated and immaculately maintained. You can tell the owner is very proud of the place she runs and strives to make the guest’s stay a pleasant experience. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable and super clean. The breakfast area is cute and breakfast offers amazing cappuccinos, moccachinos, hot chocolate, teas, fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs made to order, delicious croissants, fresh fruit, cheeses, hams of the region and assorted yogurts. The owner is a very charming lady who gave us great restaurant recommendations and was attentive to her guests. This place is a little gem.

Great Lake Como great place to stay We as family are on Europe main cities tour reach Italy kids wanted to see Lake Como we explore Airbnb and find this place. What amazing host comfortable beds and rooms with great facilities including parking walking distance to the lake side. The breakfast was more then a five star hotel including fresh juice and freshly baked croissants and much more. We really enjoyed and strongly recommend this place. Thank you to the host and their team.

Everything was perfect. Place was easy to find, access to the structure was seamless also thanks to the info sent by Sissi, the owner, wich also sent us good suggestions for the restaurantsnon WhatsApp. Room is big, with simple but good quality furniture. It was absolutely spotless. Bathroom is also big with a very good shower, also very clean. For breakfast we agreed on the time via message. We got a good buffet including fresh bread ham, and fruits, plus Sissi provided us fresh Croissants, freshly made scrambled eggs, and a good cappuccino. Sissi was always available via WhatsApp. We chatted quite a bit in the morning and we got to know many interesting things about the place. I am impressed by Sissi's professionalism and dedication. She strive for perfection and she delivers. We had no problems but I can be sure that if any problem would have arisen she would have gone to any extent to fix it. Considering the price and comparing it to the other prices of the area, it really was a good deal.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Let's say you are not too close to the lake so you don't get a full view... But we didn't expect it because the description was clear and it is reflected in the price.

This B&B is a perfect place, located only a few minutes by car from the city center and the ferry, making it the ideal spot to explore Bellagio and Lake Como. The B&B itself is very clean, the check-in process and communication were straightforward, and the host is very friendly. Parking is available, and the area is overall very calm. The room has everything you need, and the price-to-quality ratio is amazing, considering it is located in one of the most popular towns in Lake Como. I can really recommend this place!

The property was amazing, the view from the room was exceptional and the cleanliness was extraordinary.

The location of the property was very far from center, farther than expected and with the public transportation not available for god knows what reason(bus stop is around 8 mins walk down a steep hill, but the views are amazing along the road), we had to walk at night and hitchhike a ride, and in the morning had to take a 50 mins walk to the ferry station. It is best if you have your own vehicle, then you’ve got nothing to worry about and it is a must!

The room was clean and comfortable. Our host was very nice, helpful and everything was very well organised. She even suggested and booked a restaurant for us for dinner. Her omelette was also very delicious.

Driving at Lake Como is an adventure... especially if you have a bigger car. The roads are often extremely narrow and there are very few parking places even in the cities. The B&B is approx. 3 kilometers away from Bellagio centre. The only alternative is the public transportation, however the only bus line (C30) and its timetable is pretty much unreliable. The last bus at 22:03 from Bellagio centre did not come and there were no taxis available either. Therefore we had to take a ~3 kilometres walk uphill in the night back to the accommodation :-) This has not much to do with the B&B itself, but still useful to know.

Sissi was an amazing host, always making sure we had everything we needed. The fresh, homemade croissants and cappuccino on a morning were such a lovely touch. The B&B was comfortable, with Bellagio only a 5 minute bus ride away and Como 1 hour away. The mini bar and the English Netflix in the room were an added bonus.

This place is a GEM and I'm so glad we stayed here! The view of the mountains was amazing, the room was great, but most especially, the breakfast and the help provided by Sissi throughout our time in Lake Como was truly amazing. Sissi helped with everything, whether it was restaurant reservations at great places, arranging transports for dinner, giving recommendations for the town, and even making me gluten-free croissants for breakfast (which were delicious).

We were happy with everything- we only stayed one night and what we didn’t enjoy was the bendy roads/ lack of street lightening at night to and from, but this had absolutely nothing to do with the accommodation!
