- Host was friendly and welcoming, who recommended lovely restaurants. - Nice cafe next door for drinks which is ran by the host. - Shower and bathroom were great. - Large room with comfortable bed. - Good breakfast and coffee.

Apartment is a 20-25 minute walk along the main fast road into Bellagio. An easy walk but parts do not have a footpath. I understand there’s a Villa you can walk through in the summer months.

Checking in was very easy. Alissa was close by and super nice. The room was really clean and has everything we needed. The bathroom, and the whole building inside, was modern and with good taste. The breakfast was delicious and relaxing. The location is quiet and so close to Bellagio. We were also able to find parking spots everytime 1 min walking and it is also 1 min away from the ferry

The air conditioner was very confusing and we were never able to turn it on so the room was hot at night when we couldnt have the windows open. Also the bed - which was very comfortable - squicked a little

There are no kitchen utilities and the accommodation is not close to any supermarket market or restaurant so you’re basically there just for sleep!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had an amazing wet room/shower. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing quality. The hosts Alissa and Clizia were very welcoming and super helpful during our stay. The location was really good, away from Bellagio but with great connections. It was a peaceful place with a lovely little cafe/wine bar literally on the door step. You could even get a bottle of wine to take out and enjoy on the harbour wall while sun sets. The local fish restaurant, ristorante mella, which serves beautiful Lake Fish was around the corner (a must try for fish lovers!). We also had a free beach 3-4 minute walk away which had an amazing Riverside cafe for food and drinks looking out over the lake. Villa Melzi gardens were a further 3-4 minute walk away. Buses were available into Bellagio with the stop a 5 minute walk near the local bar, or if uou are happy walking, it was about 20 minutes depending on how quickly you walk, to Bellagio sea front. The town of San Giovanni has its own harbour (small), so ferries stop to other destinations on the lake, you can also hire or book tours here too (we did not have time). Overall, we were very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent apartment! Perfect for what my sister and I were looking for. It was large, clean, had a view, and we both felt very safe and secure. I would highly recommend. It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown Bellagio but the walk is scenic and lit up at night for majority of the way. There is only one small stretch where we were on a road with no sidewalk. It is located near a few great restaurants we tried and convenient to public transit.

No complaints. If you have realistic expectations, then it is an excellent apartment in Italy.

Very clean, comfortable apartments. We were surprised by the very tasty and filling breakfast that awaited us in the morning in the lobby. Free parking, where there were many places, right next to the entrance to the apartment, you didn’t have to drag your suitcases for a long time

There were difficulties turning on the air conditioner; it did not turn on. We arrived late at the apartment and there were almost no open restaurants nearby, you need to walk for about 20 minutes to reach a place where there are many restaurants. But we chose the location ourselves, so we can’t count it as a minus.

Super clean apartment, elevator, quiet, plenty of towels, good communication with owner through whatsapp, Good location. Easy walk to Bellagio central thru villa melzi (entrance 10 euro for all day), or by bus & tourist train, ferry behind the apartment to Varrena & other places.

Far from restaurants. There's a small cafe next door but a few times they ran out of bread, so we went to winny's bar across the street for pizza. Mella restaurant is the only restaurant nearby, need a reservation.

I loved the location, beautiful clean apartment, and also really nice staff! Everything is beautifully maintained and you can feel like home :) Unfortunately the café which serves breakfast was closed (1year ago I ate here the most delicious pistacchio croissant ever and had very good aperol spritz) but even thought those delicious croissants were served in the kitchen. Can’t wait to come back here for the 3rd time! Those apartments are the reason why I fell in love with Bellagio🤍

Lots of modern comforts, which were very welcome after a few nights of staying in a more "old-fashioned" guesthouse. After pulling heavy luggage around, I was so relieved there was a small lift for us to reach our 3rd floor room! The owners have thought of everything. Great options for breakfast. There was a ferry stop (San Giovanni) within a minute's walk from the accommodation (though it's not served by as many ferries as the main Bellagio terminal). We loved being woken in the morning by the authentic sound of the local church bells. Lovely walk from San Giovanni into Bellagio through the lakeside gardens of Villa Melzi - was worth the garden entrance fee and our ticket also covered a return walk. Alissa was so helpful with guidance and suggestions for our stay.

There was WiFi but it wasn't very strong at all. Although this is probably an issue with the locality, rather than the accommodation itself!
