The hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better — just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the pier. The views from the windows are simply breathtaking! Rooms are modern, spotless, and cleaned daily. Breakfasts are fantastic, with great coffee, and the staff are exceptionally polite and attentive. The panoramic breakfast room is a real highlight — such a treat to start the day there! There’s also a cozy bistro on-site for dinner. The menu is small, but every dish we tried was delicious, and once again, the service was flawless. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and truly can’t wait to come back!

During my travels across Europe, I stayed at many places — but this hotel was hands down the best experience of the entire trip. It exceeded all my expectations. Beyond the beautiful room and the serene location, what truly made this stay memorable was the staff. A special shoutout to Juliet at the reception — incredibly humble, kind, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way to assist us in planning our two-day stay in Como, giving us recommendations on where to go, what to skip, and even details about ferry routes. Her support made everything smoother. If you're arriving via the Como Train Station, just hop on the C130 or C30 bus right in front. The ride takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pro tip: travel light — the bus gets packed with tourists, and finding space for heavy luggage can be a challenge. The ferry terminal is just 10–15 minutes away, making it super convenient to explore Lake Como. There’s also a grocery store within walking distance if you need anything. The room itself was spotless and cozy, complete with a small private terrace where we enjoyed our tea with a view of nature. And yes — the bum shower was a delightful addition! Small details like that really elevate the comfort level. One gesture I truly appreciated: we had to catch a bus at 5:20 AM, and the staff prepared a packed breakfast for us — generous, delicious, and neatly packed in a branded hotel bag (which we took home as a keepsake). That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Breakfast at the hotel is a treat — not just for the food but the view. Imagine sipping coffee while looking out at the lush greenery and the lake. The bar and café are also fantastic, perfect for winding down after a long day. And yes — you can take the same C130/C30 bus back to the station when leaving. I’m already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Lake Como — this is the place to be.

The hotel is very nice. The location is AMAZING! It’s only 15-20 minutes walking to the center of Bellagio but it’s located in such a picturesque place with amazing views and very quiet atmosphere. The hotel is clean and the stuff is very nice and friendly

I have a only a few small things to nitpick about: - No blackout curtains. We would wake up at 7 am every day just because it’s so bright that it’s difficult to continue sleeping in such bright room (which is amazing during the day but when you’re on a vacation you want to sleep a little bit longer) - No hangers in the bathroom to hang towels. That was a little bit inconvenient because there are literally no place to hang your towels. - It’d be amazing to have a small shelf in the shower to place our travel-size shampoo bottles, conditioners and other personal things people usually use when they shower. But overall, the hotel is very nice, I’d definitely recommend.

We stayed one night, in one the roof rooms. The room was spacious, with enough storage if you need it, a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and all other amenities. There is also a lift if you need to take your bags up and the reception was really nice and took time to show us where to go on the map so we can get the best view. Breakfast with a nice view and a nice terrace as well with a turtle pond.

Air conditioning didn't really seem to work. Thankfully there was a fan in the room and that was the saving grace as the room was a bit hot. The pillows were ok but could be a bit firmer.

Staff were really friendly, gave us a map of Bellagio and pointed out things to do and gave recommendations. We stayed in one of the apartments and the room was a good size and clean. Something I didn’t realise when booking the apartment was that it’s at a different site around a 5 minute walk up the road from the main hotel. It was still nice but you did need to walk down if you wanted to get breakfast, to check in/ out, etc. In general the location was great- 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal/ centre of Bellagio and 15 minutes to the main beach, however it is uphill which did make a bit challenging in the heat, especially with our luggage. There was a bus that went past the hotel but it didn’t come very often (about every hour) so we always ended up just walking.

The room was well decorated and clean. It was just enough space for 2 people, and we got a room with a lake view--which was absolutely worth the little bit extra. Breakfast was wonderful and the dining area was enclosed with glass to take in all of the views. There is a bar with some snacks to enjoy by the fireplace, and relax or to sit in the dining area to take in the views. We found beds comfortable (we like pillows mattress) with nice pillows. It was honestly a good location to explore allow Bellagio and not just the city center.

There was nothing we didn't like, honestly. I would just be aware if you book this room without a car, it is a 20 minute walk to the city center. The walk from the city center to the hotel is a good trek uphill. The rooms are also very small if you are used to American hotel rooms, but that was a nonissue for us.

Location was good as it was a 5-10min walk to the Beach and a 15-20min walk into town. The bus dropped you right out the front of the hotel. The staff were great. The view from the restaurant for breakfast was beautiful. We had to leave early on the final morning and they even prepared a breakfast bag so we didn’t miss out on the buffett.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working effectively. It was broken on the first day (which they got fixed) but the room was still very hot (we were on the top floor).

We travelled with friends and we all agreed this is an exceptional hotel. The location was perfect (just a short walk to town), the property and the rooms were lovely, the rooms were comfortable and well equipped and had stunning views, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Our rooms had king beds, private bathrooms and spacious balconies with beautiful views of Lake Como and the mountains. Breakfast also exceeded our expectations with a great variety of tasty options and the enormous dining room overlooked the lake as well. Marco in reception was wonderful. He was very informative, patient with my attempts at speaking Italian, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We added another night to our stay because we enjoyed everything so much. We are also making plans to return!

The staff were really friendly and made extra effort to help us celebrate my girlfriends birthday! The room was very spacious and we had everything we could have needed for our stay, and we would have felt extremely comfortable staying for longer!

There were only two issues we had, though one of them was the location being just a tad far from Bellagio which meant that we had to factor in extra time to get to bookings - though this wasn't really an issue, we didn't mind the walking! The most prominent issue was that it was a very loud location, especially in the mornings with cars going by and the German Sheppard next door seemed to enjoy waking us up at 5am each morning, though this was a minor drawback to an otherwise great spot

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms and quality and content of food for Breakfast and Dinner was very adequate.

Located up the hill from the main centre of Bellagio, the hotel was a brisk 15 - 20 min walk to get to the main part of town. The Location for us was great as we had a lovely view of the lake from our room. Just be aware that if not so fit you will need to take a taxi. Hotel had an EV charger but wanted to charge 20 Euros regardless of charge required. Whilst this was a good service to offer, we felt based on our stays in other hotels that a standard charge particularly when only wanting to top up was excessive and other hotels did not charge at all for this service. I chose not to use it consequently which was a shame.
