The hotel was in a beautiful location and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was warm and clean. Our view from the room was stunning. We had to check out one night earlier than planned and the hotel kindly arranged a refund without any problem.

Unfortunately there was building work going on to the main terrace so the view from the restaurant was obscured by orange safety fencing all the way across. There were builders working on the terrace, which was inaccessible. This was a shame as the panoramic view is the main selling point of the hotel. The shower didn't work efficiently, it ran hot and cold which wasn't very pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Il Perlo Panorama and would return without hesitation. We stayed in Room 23, which offered the most breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como, truly unforgettable and a highlight of our trip. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. It had a cozy yet upscale feel, and all the facilities were excellent, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good selection to start the day. We also had a lovely experience dining in the restaurant, great food and service with that same incredible view. All in all, a perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The hotel was lovely and clean, so glad we booked a sea view as the view is unreal. We ate dinner in the restaurant both nights, the chef is excellent and good value too. The breakfast had lots of choice and great quality. The staff were really helpful, used the shuttle instead of our hire car which was much easier. It was a shame there was building works going on which spoilt the views from the restaurant and the patio was closed too which there was no warning of on the booking. The fridge was really small and couldn't fit any drinks in it however there is plenty of room for a full size one so they should consider updating these. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The main reason why I selected this hotel was the lake view. It was indeed incredible! We were without a car, so we walked up and down. There are 3 ways. We used all of them and it was worth it. We had time to enjoy incredible nature of the lake. The hotel provides detailed info for late check-in. We used offline check-in, and it was nice and easy. We were offered also a glass of welcome drink. That was cute! The room was big enough and was comfortable for two persons. We also had a terrace. Breakfast was amazing! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Definitely would come back again!

I booked a room with a lake view but we got mountain view instead. I decided not to argue as we spent there only one night and it was anyway incredible.

What a spectacular place! The view is absolutely stunning - I could have spent everyday on the balcony looking at that view. The staff were really kind, helpful, and informative. I recommend buying wine in town and bring it to drink on the balcony. I would 100% stay here again. The walk down into town is about 40 minutes. Most of it is beautiful, but the last half is really on the side of the road which is a little scary at times.

The shuttle was really unorganized. They say it runs every 30 minutes, but it's really just comes when it wants. I feel that charging 5 euro person, each way is a little much for how sporadic the shuttle actually comes. The night before check out, we scheduled the shuttle for 10:30. When we went down at 9:45 to confirm, they said "no, we only have time to take you in 5 minutes or else we cannot get another shuttle until 11:30 - which we couldn't do due to a scheduled train. So basically we had to shove everything into our bags and get out in 5 minutes. And then she didn't even drop us off at the assigned spot. We had to walk a bit with all of our luggage to the ferry port. Two shuttles would be great and could solve some of those timely issues.

An unforgettable stay at Hotel Il Perlo Bellagio!   We arrived in the evening, the views of Lake Como, even in the evening as we arrived, were breathtaking, with the twinkling lights reflecting off the water.   We arrived via ferry, and we were unable to get a taxi to the hotel. We called the hotel, and within minutes, they kindly offered to pick us up with their free shuttle service and were there in just 5 minutes—such a thoughtful touch!   Waking up the next morning to open the balcony doors and see that stunning lake view from the comfort of our bed was amazing.   The service was outstanding—attentive and welcoming throughout our stay   The dinner, with the new chef's menu reflecting more of a fine dining experience, was an absolute highlight—fresh, the dishes were beautifully presented and perfectly executed.   For a luxurious retreat with incredible views, outstanding service, and a culinary experience to match, Hotel Il Perlo is a must! The hotel is very beautiful and the view from it is just breathtaking. The room was nice, the cosmetics in the bathroom was very good. The breakfast that was included was very delicious, it had everything that you can want for breakfast and more.

The only things that I didn't like was that the restaurant is quite expensive and during the low season in Belagio there is no other options for dining so you are kind of stuck eating in the restaurant. It was still delicious but the portions were too small for the prices. Also the hotel is located not too far from the town centre but it's way uphill and there is no regular public transport so they should provide a a free shuttle from town. They offer it now for free but it's temporary due to the construction.

The view the walk down to the center of Bellagio was very nice it was nice to get away from the busy center.

The hotel was really nice we had though a bit of an issue getting back after our sailing tour on the lake that ended around 21.00 and we asked if the hotel had the restaurant open but most places close at 21.00 around lake Como which I found quite early for Italy :) as we had to find a place to eat we managed to miss the last shuttle to get to the hotel. It would have been good if there where more shuttles in the late evening.

What a beautiful view! We had a corner room on the backside of the hotel which had a small wrap around balcony that would have allowed us to sit at the table and look north to Bellagio and the lake. Instead of sitting on our small room balcony we went to the hotel bar for our complementary check-in wine and sat on the large bar patio to enjoy the same view. Before coming back for dinner we took the hotel shuttle van to Bellagio which was much better than fighting traffic and looking for parking. The dinner at the hotel excellent.

Everything!! This property is a hidden gem and home away from home! The million dollar views of this property blew us away! It sits atop of a hill overlooking Bellagio with a stunning 180-degree view of the lake! They offered a beautiful outdoor patio terrace and also an indoor dining area enclosed by wall to wall glass so you could enjoy a delicious meal while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake Como! The staff, Massimo and Corina took great care of us. Our stay included breakfast and the food was delightful. We dined at their restaurant the first night since we arrived so late and the food was excellent! They provided shuttle service into town for 15 euros. Our family suite (2 floors) was spacious, including 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms. The views from the rooms were beautiful as well. We stayed 2 nights and our overall experience was excellent! I highly recommend this property when visiting Bellagio!
