It was a quaint peaceful tranquil an absolute hidden gem. We had breakfast included and the selection and quality was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful especially Tasmina and Lara for parking, restaurant and taxi reservations. The presentation of the hotel, garden and pool area was first class. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The only thing was the wooden frame around the bed it just made it awkward getting in and out of the bed.

The people running this hotel were absolutely wonderful. Everything was smooth and easy (parking, checking-in, ...). Moreover, the place looked beautiful, was nicely located, had a modern feel and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The walk to the town centre was really quick and actually nice. We had to change our plans a bit and the manager and staff were very understanding and accommodating. We enjoy smaller local-owner boutique hotels and this one is definitely a recommended one. Hope to come back soon again!

The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, so attentive with breakfast and even calling us before our arrival to recommend easier routes of travel. One afternoon my sister had a pair of jeans drying on the balcony when we were out exploring and it started to rain- we thought they would be soaked when we returned but the staff had hung them inside for us. I really felt they went the extra mile to look after us.

Beautiful property. Beautifully kept. Lovely pool. Lovely garden. Friendly staff. Excellent location - just 10 minutes walk into Bellagio.

Couldn’t find it! And had to go around the Bellagio one way system twice! Basically you need to drive right through the car park to get to the entrance which sounds odd but it is well screened off. Just needs to be made clearer in the directions. And need to make it clear to order breakfast. We didn’t (our fault!) but the lady very sweetly made us pancakes!

The owners are so helpful and friendly. Our room has a separate sitting room with a sleeper sofa bed which was perfect for our daughter. The balcony overlooking the lake was a treat- we spent mornings and afternoons relaxing there after hiking around Bellagio. The pool is a plus- it’s large with plenty of chaise lounge options and poolside “beds”. The walk into town was easy and I preferred staying in a quieter part of town away from the ferry crowds.

The staff went above and beyond to make the most of our stay. They spent extra time at check in showing us the top sights in the area and recommending restaurants and even making the reservation for us. We had a lovely breakfast on the patio, again with great service. Charming Bellagio sits above the town with an amazing view that was icing on the cake.

We didn't mind the 10 minute walk from town uphill to Charming Bellagio but some people might need to take a taxi.

The location of Charming Boutique Hotel Bellagio was perfect for our stay. Easy walking distance to where we wanted to go. The team at the hotel were always so welcoming and friendly. The room was impeccably clean and stayed that way the week we stayed there. It is nice and quiet as you would expect from a small boutique hotel.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.

The hotel was a gorgeous boutique style hotel. The staff were so helpful. Arranged pick up from the ferry to the hotel, which was great help when we had our large luggage. Once at the hotel though it is easy to walk around town. Good location. Homemade breaky, pool after a hot day of touring (when we were in Bellagio it was freezing so did not get the opportunity to use the pool but would have been perfect if not cold).

The staff were exceptional and so accommodating to us (we were traveling with our 18 month old son). The owners were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very generous. They offered a wide variety of quality food and it was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip (best omelette we have ever had). The hotel itself was beautifully presented and cared for. The pool and gardens were a highlight. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotels from this Europe trip. It’s peaceful and beautiful and we would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners and staff for such a memorable stay. You are doing an amazing job and have created a beautiful hotel.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool and very courteous and helpful staff. The room and toilet is equipped with all core facilities a person could need and everything is clean and good. There's netflix, a minibar, extra towels for the pool - everything. When checking in, the front staff explains the area and their recommendations in detail and they are truly very sweet with everything. I had a completely comfortable stay. The name definitely meets expectations - everything was charming indeed.

The location is a little bit at a height so if you're walking there with any kind of luggage - it will definitely feel like a task. On the way back, I asked the staff for a taxi and one of them dropped me themselves with a charge of 15 Euro - which was great! I also wish the sauna and jacuzzi didn't cost extra and weren't a requirement to avail the massage too - since paying that much for a jacuzzi didn't feel worth it to me. But overall, it's a lovely establishment with lovely people, and I'd recommend it for sure.
