Location was amazing, the staff was kind and professional, the goletta restaurant was very good

Ac unit available on room but you can’t operate, although i booked the room from booking & it was one of the room amenities was air conditioning!? The shower cabinet was very tight. The reception was in hidden narrow corner whereas the concierge was in a front wide corridor entrance. Although its a luxury hotel there was no welcome gesture (food or drink not even a card)in the room at time of check in nor at time of turn down service. Two nights we came to the room late by 9:30pm we found turn down service not done yet. Omelette on breakfast took 15-20 min . The hotel corridors were very warm because no air conditioning turned on nor windows left opened.

Luxury enveloped by opulence. Villa Serbelloni is the definition of a grand hotel. I was fortunate to be a guest in this magnificent home. Our room was an an oasis. Linens were luxurious, bathrooms glistening marble, turndown service every evening. The smallest details were important; from doors being opened every time we came and went, to the delicate fragrance of the linens. Each morning, breakfast was served in the grand ballroom. We had an exceptional dinner at Mistral. We enjoyed sitting in the salon and listening to music in the evening. The concierge arranged for a private boat tour of Como. We very much enjoyed being there during shoulder season. Would highly recommend going at this time (March-May) and avoiding crowds that are undoubtedly there during the warmer months. They have a beautiful indoor pool and relaxing spa if swimming outdoors is not possible. It's always lovely having a coffee or a cocktail at the outdoor bar overlooking beautiful lake Como.

Nothing. Everything was perfect about this location. Yes it was expensive $1100 per night but you get what you pay for.

Stunning location, beautiful old hotel set back from the bustling town with stunning views to the lake and mountains and lying on their deck was simply blissful.

They wanted to charge us 300 euros for dinner even though we didn’t eat at their restaurant!!! we didn’t realize that the prices were so expensive! We cancelled too late, according to them. Last minute they said they found someone to take our place and agreed to cancel the penalty! They argued with me about it, i couldn’t believe their awful behavior! I have never ever been in such a situation. They ruined our first evening at such a beautiful place.

The villa is grand and elegant, with amazing amenities. The spa is beautiful, and the breakfast room is just as impressive. The location is excellent, right on the water and in the town, with a lovely garden and outdoor pool to enjoy, I can imagine how nice it would be to stay their in summer! The staff were very polite and helpful. The room had great storage, and we really enjoyed the food at La Goletta.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well. It was also tricky to manage the room temperature. Even with the thermostat, it was not easy to get it right. There was a wedding happening right next to our room. Although the music ended exactly at midnight, we had not been informed about the event, and the noise from cleaning up and moving furniture afterward was loud and quite disturbing.

Grand Hotel villa Serbelloni is an amazing palatial hotel located right in the centre of Bellagio where you can embrace the beauty of this hamlet! Just step out of the grounds and you have restaurants, artisanal shops and a strip for shopping. It is a villa of a bygone era with old charm and exquisite interior. Room with a balcony was spacious and had a magnificent view of the lake. It is truly top notch accommodation but well worth the fairytale experience! Service was impeccable and staff friendly and professional. Nothing was too much! Room service occurs twice a day and they are always accommodating. Staff could not be faulted and made your stay extra special. Buffet Breakfast in a ballroom is amazingly jaw dropping with its decore, abundance of food and quality professional service. It has an indoor and outdoor pool that are large and well appointed. The lounge area is quite regal and the atmosphere with a piano player playing gave it a touch of class! It did not lack facilities and included a spa space. Outside are glorious gardens and a bar restaurant to have an aperitive and snack in style overlooking the lake. Thank you to all at Villa Serbelloni for making our stay memorable and special!

Everything was perfect and compliments to the 5 star accomodation!

One word. Perfect. Our stay was just how we had imagined. Late to check in but then we were upgraded to a villa with a balcony. Lobby is magnificient. Piano room along with restaurant is just amazing. Pool very decent size with a diving board. Access to lake with a diving board. Booked a private boat to visit Villa del balbienello arranged by the hotel. Our kids loved the hotel and very friendly staff. Parking was without a hassle especially valet. Very welcoming. definitely will be back for more days. Loved the town of Bellagio. I think best place to stay in Lake Como and one of the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

The restaurant near the pool is the worst dining experience EVER. It was like a canteen for a staff. It is a shame that the Hotel of such history and calling itself Grand can feed their guests in a place like that.

Wonderful property amazing really the best hotel I have ever been in my life the staff so professional so nice the owner of the property can be proud of them excellent breakfast and le restaurant le mistral grande cuisine du cordon blue bravo au chef and all his team le sommelier as well . The piano lobby was beautiful and with nice ambiance excellent cocktails and excellent service thanks a lot for all the personnels and staff of grand hotel villa de Serbelloni The room lovely decorated the bathroom has shower and bathtub as well the service of the transportation from Milan airport and from the hotel to Milan airport was excellent service thanks for the nice professional driver sénior LUIGI . Hopefully being in grand hotel villa Serbelloni on my next trip to Bellagio next year on may or on October once again arrivederci 🇮🇹❤️
