Perfect location for enjoying Bellagio! We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were all super friendly & helpful. Make sure to reserve a spot at the Hotel Du Lac roof terrace to watch the sunset. Stunning. The owners & staff are lovely hosts! A tip for anyone arriving from or leaving to Milan is to catch the train to / from Varenna, & then a short ferry to Bellagio! The bus from Como was so busy I would not recommend it!

The hotel concierge was extremely helpful in navigating Lake Como. The hotel is in a great location if you don’t mind walking some stairs, but since you are staying in Bellagio, walking stairs is inevitable. The staff were extremely polite and attentive at breakfast. The only thing I would add to the room would be a full length mirror, otherwise it was a very clean and organized layout with a large, comfortable bed. I’m 6’3”, and it was more than adequate as sometimes in Europe the “king/queen bed” option is just two double beds put together.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is very close to the fast service ferry from Como, although there are a few stairs to climb. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We had a lake view room and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The continental breakfast had some good optionsto start the day, including coffee to order. The staff at reception and breakfast were all very welcoming. I would stay here again.

Lake view from room 302 was stunning with two windows with balcony. Decently sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean toilet.

Stairs leading up from the ferry station, which is rather near, but again the stairs to actual reception will be tough for guests carrying luggages. Request for help in advance

can't leave my phone charging in the room since room key card is needed for electricity very inflexible cancellation policies fortunately I was able to make it to the area, but my flight was originally cancelled which prompted me to contact the facility for possible refund There was zero refund chance, 200+$ would have been easily lost with no chance to rebook or partial refunds. I will be more careful to find more flexible accommodations in the future.

I booked two rooms at Hotel Bellagio, one for my husband and I and one for my brother and his fiancée. The hotel put us in rooms next door to each other. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the lake front and opposite the boat/ferry terminal. The hotel has steps leading up to it but they are manageable if you’re fit and able. The hotel staff were very friendly, they were professional, polite, knowledgeable and eager to please. Our room was lovely, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a good size and the water was fast flowing and hot. The breakfast was superb! The best we’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The croissants were flaky which is a must for us!! My brother and his fiancée married whilst we were in Bellagio and the hotel manager placed a bottle of sparkling wine in their room, which was a lovely touch.

Upon checking in we got the warmest welcome at reception so refreshing after an early start travelling. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful greeting us every morning we didn’t expect our room to be cleaned with us only there two nights and we came back from a long day on the lake and the room was spotless again. The best sleep I had the whole holiday. Breakfast out on the terrace each morning was gorgeous and a great start to each day. The toiletries are brilliant even a hair tie in the vanity pack such a good thought. Very easily accessed ideal location We Highly recommend to stay here we most certainly will be back.

It was beautiful right on the water with views of the mountains. We got the delux and it was worth it. We loved the beds and pillows, they were comfortable. TV had netflix and that was perfect at the end of the night because in March the town was quiet at 1900

Breakfast was simple and consisted of yogurt, eggs you boil, toast, cereal, croissants, and cereal. But it did the job if you were looking to get out as soon as possible so you can go explore. Plus they make you a cappuccino :) on request

Very happy with the view from our room and the room. The location was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful. The morning warm greetings from the staff in the breakfast room made our days start with a big smile. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It was quite challenging to carry the luggage up and down the steps even we were prepared for it. Wish there was some kind of ramps for the luggage. Understand the ramps would change the look. But the ramps could be removable and available only during check-in time. The quality of towels could be improved.

Location was incredible. Staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was lovely (continental, don't expect full English) with an outdoor terrace too. Top floor of the hotel had a very nice sun deck. Check in and check out were standard times. Baggage storage was offered.

The room would have benefitted from a mini bar. There is a building nearby being renovated which means that the view of the lake is largely restricted for some rooms, especially on lower floors as ours was. The builders start work at 7am. However our stay was lovely.
