Hotel location at the top of town affords unparalleled view from the patio off the room. We spent so much time there, enjoying coffee in the morning, wine at night, and the incredible view over the lake and town at all hours. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and provided us some excellent dinner recommendations (we loved Bistro Antiki Sapori) that were delicious and not expensive. Riding the ferries and island hopping during the day and coming back to relax and enjoy Bellagio made for a very memorable and romantic destination.

Hotel did not have breakfast, however, there were several places a short walk down where you could eat or take out from. We enjoyed taking out and eating on our patio. One disadvantage of being at the top of town is that there are a LOT of steps- both from the ferry dock up to the hotel and then up to the hotel check-in and again up to the rooms. Not a place for those who dont like steps. But the payoff of the view was worth the effort.

The location is perfect! Had a great view of the lake from the balcony, the staff was pleasant and price was reasonable. If you’re driving you will definitely get a unique experience driving down the narrow street with all the tourists shopping! Room was good, didn’t need much else, the location is fantastic!

I really wasn't expecting a lake view when I entered the room, but the lovely staff showed me to my room and proceeded to open the windows to review a stunning view of the lake and town of Bellagio. Aside from the view, the air-conditioning worked, which was needed considering the unexpected heat in October. The room had everything I could need for my stay, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were lovely and courteous in helping me sore my luggage pre/post checkin in, and very helpful throughout my stay. Would stay here again, graze!

Nothing I didn't like, only useful to note that for a view of the lake, it was inevitable the hotel location would be positioned high in the town, and when you're carrying a large suitcase (work purpose so unavoidable) the climb up stairs was a workout, but extremely worth it. Directions to the venue were also very easy. While others may find the morning bells an annoying wake-up call, I loved it! Embrace the location!

It was in the centre of Bellagio near all the restaurants and shops, but still quiet in the evenings and early mornings. Kay was very helpfull. There was cofee machine with pods provided every day. AC worked wonderful. Beautiful view on the lake and church tower from our room. Will definitely recommend this Albergo.

Everything was very good, perhaps just a fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. We could make use of the Albergo's fridge

The location was very good. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the lake. Staff we're friendly and helpful. We could leave our bags before / after check out which was very helpful.

The shower gel didn't get replaced when the room was cleaned so we didn't have any for the next day. Would be great if they served breakfast as they have a lovely garden with a seating area.

We had a nice room with a lovely view of the lake from a small balcony complete with table and chairs. The location is excellent, just off one of the main streets, and the staff very accommodating. This is not a luxury hotel, however the bathroom and furnishings were very comfortable and more the adequate. Great value for the money!

This is an old property requiring many steps to climb so be prepared. There is a lovely view of the rooftops of Bellagio and the lake in the distance, and the albergo is very quiet and peaceful. the location is great, the rooms are basic but fine, and the yard with grapevines and an arbor is a nice touch.

1. Great communication with the manager of the property 2. Amazing view from the balcony to the lake 3. Room is bigger than I thought from the pictures (usually, it’s the opposite) 4. Location is right in the heart of Bellagio, 5 minutes from the ferry station

1. Small issues with the cleaning: the towels had a funny smell, and there was a stain on the blanket 2. Note that in order to reach the property you have you make lots of stairs, it might be not comfortable for the people with mobility issues or/and if you have a big suitcase. For us it wasn’t an issue though (we had 2 carryons)

A comfortable room with ac and good bathroom. The location was good.

Maybe put more info for parking lots. It was difficult to park as we didn’t know were we could park and we found one were we found available and it was far from apartment 15min with bags and hot weather. The other disadvantage for us was the fridge. It’s a very hot destination you have to have a small fridge in the rooms.

Check in was easy, the location is excellent; short walk from the lake and very near to restaurants and cafes. The room was a decent size, clean. Bathroom was good enough- no issues. Coffee machine in room. We had a lake view from teh balcony which was great. The court yard is nice.

The location is close but up the top of the streets- up the small streets with stairs. There are signs for the hotel, but not the easiest to find on your first visit- after that its easy enough. Could tell guests before arriving where the bell is, as we were waiting at the fate for a while in the hot weather.
