Loved this hotel and the location was amazing! Bathroom was great and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Lecco is the most beautiful place to visit.

Would have liked to have access to English speaking TV and Netflix. I could get some English shows but my friend in her room was not able to access the same options. A kettle would be nice to make a cup of tea or coffee. There was absolutely no information on the hotel, how to use things like the TV and nothing about Lecco in the room. Perhaps consider putting a folder with info in the room to assist Lecco's visitors as we had trouble getting information about anything.

We enjoyed a delightful one-night stay at Hotel Alberi. There were many good choices at breakfast. The dining area and our room had nice views of the lake and surroundings. It was the perfect location for our stay. Our room was clean and the managers happily offered to store our luggage the next morning which really helped us with our plans.

This is more of an issue for the city but the cars went fast along the road in front of the hotel, and mostly slowed when someone entered the crosswalk. Perhaps the speed limit could be reduced in such a high traffic to make the area safer for everyone.

Stayed here for four nights last week. Great location near the beginning of Lecco. Taxi transfer from MXP was $130 euro and took about an hour. Can easily be reached by train as well (two hours from MXP, 40 min to Milan). Family run hotel with friendly and kind staff. Breakfast was plentiful but the same every day (pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, hard boiled eggs and yogurt, etc). Great value and comfortable large rooms and bathroom. Had a room facing the lake which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and they also have umbrellas to borrow if it rains. Good for exploring Lake como and it’s a 10-15 min. walk from train station. Also close to ferry to Bellagio but be sure to check the times (during weekdays only ferry in morning is 10:15 and the next is later at 2). Can take ferry to Bellagio and then take ferry from Bellagio to Varenna and take the train back to Lecco. Lots of trains Btwn Varenna and Lecco and lots of ferries Btwn Bellagio and Varenna. Also close to Malgate, which you can walk 15 min across the bridge.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and great coffee. The location was fantastic and an easy walk from the train station.

The bedspreads that this hotel uses should be thrown away and just have the nice white bed linen on show. Not only are these styles of bed spreads very dated they don't appear to be hygenic at all. There was a lot of noise overnight due to homeless people living in the car park next to the hotel, but the staff assured me the police are moving them on. This is not the fault of the hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a great location, basically at the lake waterfront and very close to the central squares with shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The ferry station is also 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was good and the interaction with the staff was always pleasant. Single room was cleaned everyday and comfortable. This property is a great choice for people wanting to spend a few days in Lecco.

Nothing I didn't like. Maybe if I have to write something here is that the price could be a little lower everything considered.

The location was great! The staff really made me rate this place a 10/10 anything I needed they were so courteous and kind, they were so welcoming best staff I have encountered very understanding and helpful!!! My room was clean. I have certain restrictions to my diet and the stay came with food, it was HEALTHY!!! Best place to stay in Lecco.

just the lights haha, i had to leave my card in so the lights in my room would not turn off :) still a 10/10 experience but its eco friendly and i did not loose my card :))

Location is excellent. You are right on the lake, and only short walk to ferry terminal and the town. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A big positive is the breakfast. Lecco is a small town, so breakfast options in town are very limited. The breakfast at the hotel is great, especially for a continental breakfast. We found this to be a big win. Rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. There is also a lift available. The hotel also can do transfers with their own transport which can be helpful.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Understanding this is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for, however an improvement of the mattress would really improve the experience. Depending on where your room is facing, if it’s out towards the lake please be aware that you will also face the main road. It can get quite loud at night with car/motorbike traffic. Generally after midnight this is not an issue. The above issues are not major, however just some suggestions and heads up.

I was in Lecco so I could travel every day to the grand prix at Monza and avoid the Milan crowds. Location was great - 5 minutes from the station, entrance faces the lake, and a couple of nice restaurants (and a gelateria!) a few doors away. Clean, friendly and quiet. Breakfast was good - usual selection of pastries, yoghurt and other yummy cold stuff.

Shower took a while to get hot, I guess.

The one thing that put me off booking this hotel were the horrible blue striped bed covers! They look like something from the 70’s, get rid of them and show off your lovely white bed linen. Pillows could do to be a better standard Breakfast was just ok
