I stayed here from the 14th of September to the 16th of September. It's a good location, only a short walk from the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area and not too far from Lake Lecco where you can take a nice walk around the lake or a boat trip on the lake to various places. The rooms are small but clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is a bit small but has free toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a T.V. the WiFi is good. Breakfast had a small variety of cold meats, cheeses, salads, and cereals.

The housekeeping service here is absolutely amazing! Special thanks to the lady who took care of our room — unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but she wore a beautiful headscarf covering her hair. I don’t clean my own home as perfectly as she cleaned our room. Truly outstanding service! 🫶🏻

Water sometimes wasn’t hot, but after reaching to the reception everything was fixed

Good location near the train station and the lake. The room was really comfortable and the people were really nice. We enjoyed our stay!

I appreciated having a secure place to store our bikes ( we are traveling by bike) but this is the first time in 35 years of traveling by bike that I had to pay 5 euros/ bike to store them. As I said, I appreciate having the option, so not really a big deal.

Location is great.Very close to Train Station.Close to the Beach. The room was good and comfortable. Staff was helpful and changed the allotted room after we raised a complaint about a leaking water tap in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Rooms should have been checked for any Defects.The 2nd room given as change was also having problems with the Bathroom door. Room maintenance needs improvement.

A well situated hotel.... Clean tidy , comfortable and plain..... needs an update/ make over really Breakfast included was very basic.

Breakfast.... some bacon , homemade bread , fresh fruits would be better.

Facilities were very good and the location is ideal for everything as it is fairly central. Peter the manager got gluten free food in for breakfast too. Nothing was too much trouble.

The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so that wasn't comfortable.

The location is good because it is near the train station and not too far from the Lago. The receptionist is very accomodating. The room is very comfortable for our family. We love the breakfast especially my children. Hopefully next year we will be back and definitely we will book this hotel again. Thank you very much!

Shower drain had hair in it, not visible, but when I opened it (because it wasn't draining well) I had to clean the hair out No laundry facilities

The breakfast was delicious and the room was really good. The receptionist was helpfull, and the hotel was 100 m from the railway station, and the bus stop so the location was excellent. It was in the really city center. The room was modern, and the furniture too.

There are a lot of loud people under our window during the night, on the street, it was so disturbing. But it was Saturday night, so maybe it wasn't custom there. .. The bathroom equipments were overused, the tap faucet was instabile, and the shower holder to., and the shower was dripping in off position..
