The hotel is at a very good location but the staff at reception seem not to be aware of this and how the place functions and getting around in terms of accessing the easy routes. Because every time we asked them how to go to a certain place, they will tell us that it is too far and it will take us 2 hours to get there. But when we drive ourselves we find out it's not really that far. It's like they are not familiar with the area or they lack information

The staff at reception are not really knowledgeable about the area or they lack information. They need to market the place in terms of making their guests feel like they made a bad choice for staying at the hotel because it's too far from everything

The view was breathtaking. The beds comfortable. Loved the balcony.

The hot tub closed at 7:00 which was extremely disappointing! I picked the hotel because of the hot tub and terrace and planned to go after dinner. I probably would have chosen a different, less expensive hotel with an equally beautiful view if I had known it wasn't available at that time. Maybe the hotel should post the hours to avoid future disappointments.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Location was perfect, and easy to find, with a good size secure car park. Staff at reception (and small bar) are a credit to your hotel. The rooms were exceptional and the breakfast spread was spectacular. The best hotel breakfast ive ever seen. We will definitely stay again but will give e the upstairs bar a miss.

Just a shame the politeness and hospitality of the staff in reception didn't extend to the staff at the roof top bar. It wasnt busy, but they'd run out of "popular" drinks. I requested a glass of red wine, to be told they didn't have any, but I could buy a bottle. Then when other drinks were requested, they either didn't have them or didn't understand the request. Decided to go to the reception bar where all our drinks orders were met, including a glass of red wine. The host could not do enough for us.

Amazing! We stayed in a deluxe room at Hotel Griso Collection for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The view of the lake and mountains were incredible (and from our bed too). The private sauna on our hotel room was next level luxury. The restaurant was delicious, I can’t eat gluten and there were so many options available and the taste was fantastic, they catered to us very well. The bed was really comfortable and the rainfall shower pressure was perfect. The town was only 10-15min walk around the lake and it was stunning! 100% recommend. We loved this place!

Our stay at Hotel Griso Collections was truly exceptional. Despite a few initial concerns based on some negative reviews, I'm delighted with my decision to book. The hotel boasts extraordinary views, evident from the moment you step into the reception area. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While our initial room didn't quite meet our expectations, Luca (if I recall correctly) was incredibly understanding and graciously upgraded us to a room with breathtaking views and a private jacuzzi. The breakfast offered a good selection of options. The hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance of Lecco Center and even closer to the train and bus station. This made it easy to explore the Lake Como region by bus from the convenient stop just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel staff provided valuable insights on sightseeing options and furnished us with the latest bus and train schedules.

While some areas of the hotel interiors could benefit from a minor refresh or upgrade, the stunning location and breathtaking views more than compensate. Also, our room didn’t have a wardrobe.. I think storing clothes and jackets were a bit inconvenient, especially because we were carrying too many stuffs owing to our 15days travel to other countries.

amazing location with the most incredible views. we stayed in a family room which was very spacious for 3x adults. walking distance from Lecco and many restaurants great parking facilities we asked if we can use the terrace in the morning for yoga and the hotel agreed and even supplied us with yoga mats

the restaurant on site has the most amazing views but is lacking ambiance. the hot tub on the terrace is actually quite cold. it's great for peak season when it's hot outside, but definitely too cold to use in the evening.

The bed was very comfy, the views were spectacular from the balcony and the jacuzzi is fantastic with a reasonable temperature and my room came with lovely coffee, the staff are exceptionally friendly and the hotel is very clean and well kept. The restaurant is reasonable pricing at 15 pp for breakfast buffet and the view for breakfast is stunning. The hotel is directly facing lake Como.

Delayed service at the bar and late opening of the bar however we are at the hotel out of season. Prices a little high for mini bar. The room pictures were a mountain view but not to the decree of the images however I presume they are the higher end cost rooms. I would recommend for dining local to book in advance as they are very busy.

Hotel Griso Collection is an absolute must-visit. With its stunning views, prime location, outstandingly friendly staff, and spacious, well-maintained rooms, it truly is the place to be. Upon arrival, we were able to use the covered parking garage and then took the elevator to the reception. We were politely checked in and received our room keys. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully equipped. The lake view was breathtaking. Lunch and dinner were always available and of excellent quality. The breakfast was abundant, and you could enjoy the best view over the lake. A well-deserved 5/5.

There wasn't anything that really bothered me. Since I myself work very close with customer delightment I have some suggestions, a few recommendations. The Hotelstaff can always contact me for this.

The restaurant on site was very limited, and got denied a window seat as “it was booked” but was only 1 couple sitting in the whole restaurant room. Also we had issues with our safe and the staff on shift at that time had no sense of urgency to get the safe unlocked, plus the master key was not stored on site, we were leaving to fly home 10 hours prior and had no access to our passports. All worked out in the end. But that does not mean we didn’t like the property.

We spent a beautiful couple of days in Hotel Griso. The staff, location, room, food and drinks were all absolutely exceptional. We had an amazing dinner in the restaurant during our stay. It was 5 Star! The terrace bar is also amazing with stunning views of the lake and mountains and some of the best pizza we've ever eaten. From check in to check out, our stay here was exceptional. Do yourself a favour and book without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The carpet in the hotel corridors is a little worn looking and could do with refreshing. Our room was extremely comfortable but may not be aesthetically pleasing for some.
