The room was spacious and cool. The owners are absolutely lovely - we had an awful trip getting there but were greeted with snacks and a cold drink and helpful information. Breakfast is really nice. The views are amazing!

It’s a bit too far away from things - you can’t really pop out for dinner or to a shop without getting a bus (very unreliable) or ferry or walking on the main road up and down hill to San Giovanni which doesn’t have much (everything was closed when we tried to get dinner at 8pm on a Wednesday). So if you don’t hire a car it be difficult to get around. Although the owner was super kind and drove us into Bellagio one night, which we were very grateful for!

Amazing hospitality by both Giulio and Gaida, from arriving to the property and to checking out. We were offered welcome drinks and snacks, and the owner offered to dropped us to the centre. The property is clean and well maintained, the shower is huge! The food is made fresh though only selected food were offered but apart from that delicious! Grazie Mille both! Ciao!

The location itself is challenging without a car as the city is 15minutes away by bus which runs every 40mins or 40minutes away by walking. The wifi is very weak but compensated by the lakeside view.

Staff friendly and accommodating, location was fairly good, would be easier with own transport.

That you had to catch a bus to get into town and buses are not frequent or on time. Walking route was not very safe as you walk on main road and there are not proper foot path on route to town. But the walk into town is a nice walk, about 25 minutes. No tea/coffee facilities in room, although there is a kitchen area for guests, tea, coffee offered but no milk in fridge, that would have been the icing on the cake!

From the moment of our arrival to when we (sadly) left for the airport we were treated with care, courtesy and friendship by Juliano and especially by Paola. The breakfast room is bright, cheerful and with impressive views of the lake. The levels of helpfulness with travel, parking, restaurant advice was better than any other place we have traveled in many years. All of our questions, whether large or small were greeted with local knowledge explained in detail. Also, we had to leave very early before the time for breakfast and Paola prepared a delicious bag of food the night before and delivered it to our room.

Absolutely nothing!

The hosts were amazing, we were met at the ferry port upon arrival in Bellagio and driven to the B&B which was so kind. When we arrived we were given a drink and lovely snack, which was very unexpected and generous. The B&B itself is nice, with great views over lake como. Our room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was a highlight and went well above our expectations. Overall we had a lovely stay and I’d recommend it.

The B&B is located slightly out of town (we were aware of this when booking), but in reality it is a little tricky to come to and from the property unless you have a car, due to a pretty unreliable bus service.

The location is amazing, you have parking, the view is wonderful, the owners are very kind and helpful, they gifted us a thank you gift, answered all our questions and made sure everything was okay. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and rich! All in all the experience was so good.

The room was really good but unfortunately it had no AC, it's clear in the description that it doesn't, but not a problem, the fan was loud and the owners replaced it. The wifi in the room was very bad and very slow, barely connecting.

We chose to stay here because of all the rave reviews and they were right! What an incredible place and hospitality! We got a great welcome with complimentary food and drinks. The room was clean and cosy, very soundproof! Breakfast was great. Great view to the lake from our private terrace. I have stayed in many accommodations before but I have never given a 10* rating until now so that should tell you something!

This is no fault to the accommodation, but the bus C30 by the hotel turned out to be a very unreliable bus for us, making it hassle to travel between the accommodation and other towns like Bellagio, and taxis were impossible to get :/. Nevertheless Giulio was there to drive us to Bellagio and back if needed :). Another con could be there are no elevators but again Giulio helped us with carrying luggages upstairs :)

The view was superb from the bed and breakfast. You were able to eat breakfast with a view and even on a cooler day the owner made sure we were warm. The breakfast was beautifully fresh and delicious and we were given a breakfast packed up as we left early. The owner and the waitress were polite, kind and attentive. We were given amazing information on the area including bus times, ferry times and local information , also amazing restaurant recommendations.. the room had everything you could want and was clean. I would totally recommend this accommodation as we were treated so well and got the true italian vibe which we loved.

Absolutely nothing

The property was amazing, incredibly views to the lake. The staff were so friendly. We had some issues getting to the town due to a ferry strike, we arrived a little bit late and they came to pick us up at the ferry station. When we were living they also took us to the ferry. Breakfast amazing! The only thing I recommend taking into consideration is that the property is a few kilometers from the center, I loved the walk there, but if you are someone that does not like to walk a lot please be aware!

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Excellent view, excellent and smiling stuff, and grate breakfast with view to the lake. We highly recommend this place for your next travel adventure.
