Our host was delightful and took such good care of us! Prior to our stay she reached out asking if we needed help booking anything. She had lots of great recommendations. We last minute needed help with a boating reservation so she made a call and book us something day of! Breakfast was made by her and delicious. She even had gluten free croissants for me.

We were not able to change the thermostat to AC so our room got fairly warm. It also unfortunately didn't have as great of a view as we had hoped for. You could see a glimpse of the water but it was still fairly far away.

Everything was great! Sissi is a great host and very nice and welcoming. Our communication with her was very good, she was always responsive and even offered information beforehand that we didn’t know we needed. We read carefully the description of the place and checked where it is from the city center before booking it. For us it was a perfect choice as we knew we will be traveling by car. The place itself is in a very nice hill close to Bellagio, in the morning you can hear the donkey, roasters and we even saw goats. For me this was like a childhood trip that felt amazing. The furniture in the B&B is of very good quality, the access is by codes which is great as you don’t need to worry about a key or a card. Breakfast was served on the terrace with freshly baked croissant and the view of the lake. We had an amazing time here and are definitely planning to come back.

Great Lake Como great place to stay We as family are on Europe main cities tour reach Italy kids wanted to see Lake Como we explore Airbnb and find this place. What amazing host comfortable beds and rooms with great facilities including parking walking distance to the lake side. The breakfast was more then a five star hotel including fresh juice and freshly baked croissants and much more. We really enjoyed and strongly recommend this place. I LAKE IT BELLAGIO was a very nice surprise. The property is simple but nicely decorated and immaculately maintained. You can tell the owner is very proud of the place she runs and strives to make the guest’s stay a pleasant experience. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable and super clean. The breakfast area is cute and breakfast offers amazing cappuccinos, moccachinos, hot chocolate, teas, fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs made to order, delicious croissants, fresh fruit, cheeses, hams of the region and assorted yogurts. The owner is a very charming lady who gave us great restaurant recommendations and was attentive to her guests. This place is a little gem.

Everything was perfect. Place was easy to find, access to the structure was seamless also thanks to the info sent by Sissi, the owner, wich also sent us good suggestions for the restaurantsnon WhatsApp. Room is big, with simple but good quality furniture. It was absolutely spotless. Bathroom is also big with a very good shower, also very clean. For breakfast we agreed on the time via message. We got a good buffet including fresh bread ham, and fruits, plus Sissi provided us fresh Croissants, freshly made scrambled eggs, and a good cappuccino. Sissi was always available via WhatsApp. We chatted quite a bit in the morning and we got to know many interesting things about the place. I am impressed by Sissi's professionalism and dedication. She strive for perfection and she delivers. We had no problems but I can be sure that if any problem would have arisen she would have gone to any extent to fix it. Considering the price and comparing it to the other prices of the area, it really was a good deal.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Let's say you are not too close to the lake so you don't get a full view... But we didn't expect it because the description was clear and it is reflected in the price.

This B&B is a perfect place, located only a few minutes by car from the city center and the ferry, making it the ideal spot to explore Bellagio and Lake Como. The B&B itself is very clean, the check-in process and communication were straightforward, and the host is very friendly. Parking is available, and the area is overall very calm. The room has everything you need, and the price-to-quality ratio is amazing, considering it is located in one of the most popular towns in Lake Como. I can really recommend this place!

The property was amazing, the view from the room was exceptional and the cleanliness was extraordinary.

The location of the property was very far from center, farther than expected and with the public transportation not available for god knows what reason(bus stop is around 8 mins walk down a steep hill, but the views are amazing along the road), we had to walk at night and hitchhike a ride, and in the morning had to take a 50 mins walk to the ferry station. It is best if you have your own vehicle, then you’ve got nothing to worry about and it is a must!

Sissi was an amazing host, always making sure we had everything we needed. The fresh, homemade croissants and cappuccino on a morning were such a lovely touch. The B&B was comfortable, with Bellagio only a 5 minute bus ride away and Como 1 hour away. The mini bar and the English Netflix in the room were an added bonus.

We have travelled to lots of different places and stayed in a variety of different accommodation and we can honestly say we have never meet a more kind caring supportive host. Sissi you made are trip perfect and when out of your way to be helpful. You truly deserve your outstanding excellent reviews

Sissi is the best. She is so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to sort the air conditioning for us and she helped us in other ways. We really liked the room and the bathroom. It also had a balcony and the electric blinds so it was a nice feature. Everything was as described and the breakfast was good as well!

Nothing to fault. Maybe the location is a bit difficult but if you dont mind walking its a good way to spend the time to explore surroundings.
