What i like there it was the view is perfect There was parking spot that is a big plus It is a very small village and very quiet

The bathroom is very small the furniture is very old and is creaking the food I can't eat only pizza rest is not ok and one more problem they don't speak English only Italian for us is not a problem because we speak Italian but if you don't is very dificul is you go by car you must be very careful the street is very very small we have a Ford titanium and we fitted on limit if you have bigger car you don't fit so be careful if you came by plain the taxi it will cost you few hundred euro but if you like the quiet is perfect you have only 2 options for eating in the village

Amazing views from the balcony, private free parking lot in front of the property. Some may not find it an advantage, but for us it was fun drive up the mountain to reach it. The restaurant also has one of the greatest views and a big pizza menu at good prices.

The shower/bathroom is a bit dated. The separate hot and cold water taps on the sinks are a bit inconvenient.

Good value for money, and everything we expected (as listed) was provided. As long as you have the transport to get there and out (we were driven by a local relative, but I think there's also a bus down to Calolziocorte), it's a lovely location. Up in Carenno, you have views of the lake below, mountains in the distance, and basically an attractive neighbourhood. The breakfast was fine. It was especially nice to have a family suite, with our own family bathroom but a bedroom for our daughter.

Nothing in particular - everything was fine. It's not in a city, so being able to communicate in Italian might be an advantage.

Perfect for a short stay, super friendly personell. Room small but sufficient, balcony and heating as needed that day. We enjoyed a very nice pizza and good wine. Breakfast is nice with cappuccino an fresh croissants. If you need it simple and nice this a a prefect place.

Very clean and comfortable room with lots of storage and a good size bathroom. The parking place is really close, and the area was beautiful.

As downstairs is a pizzeria, it was a bit noisy at night but we were tired enough to have a good night's sleep.

The drive up is scary if you're not used to Italian mountain roads but well worth it! The room was very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. The gluten free pizza I had was delicious and the view of the sunrise spectacular.

If you want to experience the real Italy, you need to stay at this hotel. The view from the window is absolutely stunning. The staff are very welcoming, and the food is delicious

View, it was amazing. Also a restaurant. Parking was close and always available.

Restaurant working hours, because it was only 19:00-22:00. So if you arrive at 15:00 on Monday, there is nowhere to eat. Also there was a smell from bathroom.

the hotel is in a wonderful location. we were so excited about the view had from the windows. the rooms are clean. we were so happy with the hotel we chose . And we had a very great pizza there as well. so much recommended.
