The ambience, location and the very friendly staff.

The shower area was very slippery.

The location is fantastic and you can explore the extra or visit any town in lake como, friendly and helpful staff, they have nice fine dining restaurant. Excellent for couple and relaxation but also amazing for any travelers. Spa is complimentary and you can book it for you only which we enjoyed it. Amazing area for cycling.

We love it and we will stay again.

We arrived late to the hotel a staff member told us that they have decided to upgrade us to a better room which was an amazing news - the breakfast with a lake view was amazing. A place to relax and forget about your day to day troubles. the spa shower (Sort of a sauna) is fantastic add to the room. Something important about the hotel! - if you have an EV or rent an EV that's the place for you with several spots to charge your car.

There are no cons in that hotel. everything was more than amazing from the staff the breakfast to the room.

While everything was amazing, the staff and their service is what makes this place incredible. They are attentive, expedient, and genuinely nice. The rooms and amenities were outstanding, along with the food, which is a very tasty experience. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

Maybe a softer pillow would be nice, but I didn't ask for one. I will next time because I will be staying here again.

Wonderful location and spacious rooms. The service team was fantastic. We loved the Michelin star restaurant and all of our meals. It’s a slice of paradise 👌👌

I don’t believe one should have to pay 5€ for eggs or 10€ for avocado on toast. When one pays over 800€ a night this should be included. The hot buffet items ( carrots bacon and sausage ) were not warmed so wasn’t an option for us to eat those items at room temperature.

Modern unique design, very attentive staff they remembered that we were going to check out before breakfast so they prepared a breakfast box for us, quiet location near lecco city which is my favorite place to stay in lake como.

We really liked everything, except for the llate checkout policy. The spa was small, so we had to "take turns" with other guests. The place was wonderful, the room exceptional.

We were hoping for a late checkout. It was 100 EUR per hour, so we declined (3.5 hours at that price would've been the same as paying for a full additional night).

staff were friendly and welcoming. They each made such high effort to be catering for everything you need and always greeted you with a personal touch almost like they’ve known you for a long time, eager to help and showing genuine interest in your experience. The only other place we’ve felt such attention to detail are our stays at Claridges, Mayfair London. The facilities and small touches were as you’d expect of 5 star quality. excellent in-house made pastries. The Fire & Flames pizza was exquisite at their Drop restaurant! Definitely in my top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of pizzas, this comes 3rd to to my all time top two favourite pizzas I had in Vietnam and South Africa. Great stay

nothing not to love about this hospitality of this place. I rate hotels on how they treat you (and of course the facilities should be in keeping with the rating of the hotel). this met the 5 star facilities but the service was above other 5 stars we’ve stayed at and like mentioned have felt this level of attention only at Claridges Mayfair.

The restaurant is fantastic! Complete, healthy, and tasty food. Our room was beautifully decorated with all the comfort one can hope for. Everybody working at this beautiful hotel is nice and efficient. This place must be idyllic in the spring and summer.
