My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.

one downside was that there was no elevator, and since our room was on an upper floor, it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, still a good experience,

The staff were kind and very helpful. Before our arrival, we made a few requests, all of which were met perfectly. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed. Our room was well-equipped, quiet, and featured a balcony. Free and secure parking. Located in a suburban area.

Breakfast would have been even better with some fresh vegetables.

of course it is a limited hotel, for example for the rooms you have a couple of stairs, and 1 thing I did not like is that people smoke outside reception or even in a terrace, and you can smell them through the corridors.

We had a very pleasant stay here! Very accommodating staffs. They will gladly assist you in all your needs. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and there was a variety of food (perfect for fueling up before our long rides!). They helped us store our road bicycles (we were worried of keeping them in our van overnight) and also allowed us to take a shower after our ride although it was past tue checkout time. For that we are forever grateful. Thank you so much! Aqilah & Thomas

The helpful & friendly staff, the strategic location to the lake "district", the cleanliness, the kind service @ the restaurant even upon late arrival.

The little noise each early morning/late evening under our balconies due to loading/unloading of catering amenities provided to external events. Well it didn't wake up, so all fine.

free bike hire was great, rooms clean, good location and plenty parking, evening meal was surprisingly good

breakfast although cheap and probably good value for what you get, I’d rather pay a little more and get a better selection of healthier and savoury options - boiled eggs, ham and cheese every day followed by cake wasn’t overly appealing! shower pressure was very dependent on how many other people were showering beds not the comfiest

Next to lake promenade, high quality room facilities, a balcony, free parking, perfect stay when you are on the road… Restaurant and breakfast room renovated in modern very tasteful design

No real terrace

We made a last minute booking due to braking down in the area and the staff were so helpful and friendly in helping us to get it fixed, lending us chargers ect. would defiantly recommend and stay in a great western hotel again! The restaurant was very nice and the food was amazing. Thank you again to all of the staff and especially the gentleman that drove twice to me car to try and jump start it !

Room was rather small. Restaurant was closed for vacation.

Restaurant was excellent. Superb Waiter we had. His recomndation of wine Ánd food was fabulous. Perfect service.
