We had a very pleasant stay here! Very accommodating staffs. They will gladly assist you in all your needs. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and there was a variety of food (perfect for fueling up before our long rides!). They helped us store our road bicycles (we were worried of keeping them in our van overnight) and also allowed us to take a shower after our ride although it was past tue checkout time. free bike hire was great, rooms clean, good location and plenty parking, evening meal was surprisingly good

breakfast although cheap and probably good value for what you get, I’d rather pay a little more and get a better selection of healthier and savoury options - boiled eggs, ham and cheese every day followed by cake wasn’t overly appealing! shower pressure was very dependent on how many other people were showering beds not the comfiest

The helpful & friendly staff, the strategic location to the lake "district", the cleanliness, the kind service @ the restaurant even upon late arrival.

The little noise each early morning/late evening under our balconies due to loading/unloading of catering amenities provided to external events. Well it didn't wake up, so all fine.

We made a last minute booking due to braking down in the area and the staff were so helpful and friendly in helping us to get it fixed, lending us chargers ect. would defiantly recommend and stay in a great western hotel again! The restaurant was very nice and the food was amazing. Thank you again to all of the staff and especially the gentleman that drove twice to me car to try and jump start it !

Can’t fault anything .

The hotel rooms were clean and had enough space if you are planning to stay in only for the night. We had a nice breakfast, but I can imagine that some people would prefer a bigger variety of vegetables/ fruits. We personally did not mind many cookies and cakes served for breakfast and enjoyed it! The parking lot in front of the hotel is quite spacious, so we did not have a problem to find a spot. It is a pet friendly hotel and all the staff was kind even though we had some issues with Booking.

I would recommend adding a bigger variety of food for vegeterians preferring salty breakfast. Some fresh vegetables and fruits would be nice too.

Breakfast was very humble, only a few options, but still enough to keep us full. Room was spacious and had an exit to a big terrace which was great for us as we traveled with a child, and if there was no terrace we would struggle to entertain him in the room.

I did not like that air-condition only starts working when you enter the room, so first 10-15min its very warm (and you cant exit to terrace either because air-condition stops immediately)

Restaurant was excellent. Superb Waiter we had. His recomndation of wine Ánd food was fabulous. Perfect service.

Everything was perfect

The room smelled clean, like when you just finished washing whites in the washer, not an over powering smell of bleach, just clean. But you can tell that the room was properly sanitized.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A good location if you have a car. Don't know about public transport.

No elevator, but the staff helped with the luggage. On weekend we had difficulty finding parking place in the hotel, although it is quite big.

Hotel is nice, bright and clean. Rooms are comfy, clean, there is a cattle with coffee and tea. Breakfast is buffet style, where you can chose between sweet or "salty" food, eggs are prepared by order. There is not plenty/excess of food, but a lot of choice. A'la carte dinner in the restaurant is also very delicious.

Very strange for Italy, but I didn't like the coffee at breakfast - it was prepared from Lavazza capsule machine, but the taste was awful/very bitter.
