Breakfast was good. Basic items, but the cappuccinos and juice were great. We started every day by having breakfast at the hotel. It was a nice inclusion to have and be able to get some espresso first thing. The location is also an 8 minute walk to the train station and you have access to multiple restaurants in the area.

Honestly, the only thing we didn't like was the air conditioning. We played with the controls and even looked online for assistance, but the AC unit did not stay on at all times. It made our room decent, but it was still warmer than we would have preferred.

Breakfast was great and extremely convenient and served on very elegant china It was definitely the best place to get tea in the area! The easy access to train station and town center was unbeatable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful

Through no fault of the hosts, there was a poor air quality alert throughout our stay and the smoky air did waft into the room despite closed windows

Staff was 10 of 10. Breakfast was as well very good.we like hotel vibe as well.

Bed wasn't very comfortable .I wasn't done any searches about place where is hotel and its was my mistake. They just have one nice walk way and that it's all. If you stop only in business trip its ok but if you traveling around and want to have some sightseeing around its nothing.

Our hosts, the hotel owners, were so friendly and accommodating. When we said we had to leave early the following morning they even arranged for breakfast to be left for us (at 4am!) and were responsive and helpful with any other questions regarding the property. Lovely family hotel with very welcoming hosts.

All was ok. Another positive aspect is that the hotel checked me in at 23.00 - after their standard working hours. Correct hotel description on booking.com. Reasonable relationship price vs. standard provided.

The owners are the sweetest people on this earth! Signora Anita was super lovely and welcoming and the location is great, close to the lake!

Breakfast was fine, but we would appreciate some fruits or vegetables. Room was clean, but a bit noisy, because hotel is on the main square. The city is very quiet, restaurants are closed very soon. Good location to trips around the Lake Como.

Problems with wifi connection, we had to connect to another room. Very quiet city with nothing to do (but it is not related to accommodation). We would appreciate some fruits and vegetables on breakfast.
