One of the best location away from the lake Como crowd. Spacious room, and one of the biggest bathroom I have seen in my 20 odd month vacation in Italy/Switzerland. And additionally, can't be more obliged with an unexpected help provided by the staff - they dropped us off in the rain to the nearest train station early in the morning on the day of our checkout. Thanks a lot for this small gesture of help !

Absolutely nothing !

I do not know why this one person wrote such a bad reference. The place was very nice. Huge room, nice bathroom, big Windows, we were able to make some tea as well. The view with the sea. We enjoyed our own breakfast outside at the provided table. The owner was helpful with all infos.

We missed a fridge.

The place is great, lake next to the building, apartment clean and comfortable. Stuff friendly

Staff remove things after 1st night, f.e. towel in the bathroom, were not changed, but don't understand why, removed.

There was a loud machine outside my room that I could hear any time it was turned on. It didn’t wake me but was annoying and it was a relief every time it turned off.

The views, the table and chairs outside our room, the proximity to the lake. Loved having an early morning swim in the lake. Excellent pizza restaurant opposite!

Quite hard to find - no signage - and difficult to gain access through the gate.

Nice, clean and very spacious rooms. I'm sitting in a wheelchair myself and this was a perfect match for me. Great bed and bathroom. Modern facilities. You could always sent a message to the personel for questions. We liked that very much.

Everything is perfect. We have a window open towards the lake, it is fantastic. I wish I could reserved a few more days to appreciate the visiting.

The food was perfectly cooked and plentiful. Pasquale and ivonna were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome as soon as we stepped out of our car. They shared with us local knowledge of the area and history of the building. You will be more than happy staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and the bed was absolutely wonderful, best nights sleep in a very long time. Beautiful location. Thank you very much , score10/10

Very nice hotel for few days to stay near Lake Como. Huge room, nice stuff and very big windows in the room so you can enjoy lake view.

The room is basic, nothing fancy. Simple but clean and comfortable. Parking right outside the door. The shower cabin is small, but everything worked fine. The location is stunning.
