The Seta Hotel is a small boutique hotel in Bellagio and you feel it from the moment you make your reservation. Extremely friendly staff, perfect communication before our arrival and during our stay. The hotel is located in the ZTL zone, but has a convenient parking lot. A stylish, modern and spotlessly clean room, high quality complimentary toiletries, mineral water and coffee. A tasty breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the lake. A delicious food and good selection of wine in the restaurant. Thank you all for the nice birthday surprise!

We had an excellent experience at Seta Hotel in Bellagio. The room was small but very clean, everything felt new, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee machine in the room, and also the complimentary prosecco offered uppon arrival. We also received free bottled water from the hotel every day. Breakfast was also very good and served on the hotel’s terrace. But the biggest highlight was definitely the central location, perfect for exploring Bellagio on foot. It was also very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to take day trips to other towns along the shores of Lake Como. Overall, a great value for money. Highly recommended!

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a small balcony. Dolce gusto coffee pod machine in the room and they top up the pods daily (including a lemon tea pod!). The breakfast included on the terrace of the Seta restaurant is a lovely way to start each morning. Breakfast had a choice of pancakes, omelettes, smoked salmon etc. Room had fridge, complementary water (and we had 2 small proseccos included due to the long stay). There's a safe in the room. Clean and modern bathroom with rainfall shower. (See pics below of our view from the small balcony with the greenery to the left that is part of villa serbelloni, and the roof tops of the church; view from breakfast terrace)

Would have been nice if there was a suitcase stand in the room. I had to put my smaller suitcase inside the wardrobe and the larger one had to be on the floor in the corner of the RM.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Easily the best accomodation we’ve had on our European trip and amazing value for money. The rooms themselves are very modern and clean. Our particular room had heaps of space, and the bathroom was very big as well. There was a nice balcony too. The staff were all extremely helpful, facilitating a last minute private transfer back to Milan, as well as checking us in 3 hours early. The breakfast included is exceptional and the breakfast staff were all very lovely. Location is unbeatable, but it is also very quiet, so best of both worlds. We hope to come back here again one day!!

The most beautiful & iconic hotel in Bellagio, hotel located in beautiful zone, just steps awsy from Como-Bellagio lake, rooms are wonderful from size, furniture & modern design, very clean rooms, staff are magnificent & superb, restaurant is very very very high level of quality and services So delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner, Coffee is fantastic, car park is available on site but first coordinate with hotel management for confirmation, because hotel locations in restricted zone for cars, you need a permission first for in & out from Ztl zone, This beautiful hotel doesn’t have elevator to to floor, you need to be light bags to use easy access stairs to room

Modern interior- recently renovated so everything was new. The beds were really comfortable and you have the option of getting an amazon fire stick so you can use your Netflix etc. The staff were lovely, went above and beyond. Breakfast is included and is on a terrace which has lake views, really nice way to start the day. It was a really relaxing stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The property is well decorated, comfortable and in an ideal location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was always well stocked with water and coffee which was a nice touch. I had seen some previous reviews which mentioned about noise so I had messaged the hotel before hand and they reassured me and confirmed they had carried out renovations to prevent this. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay again. The breakfast terrace has lovely views and breakfast was fresh to order. They are accommodating for vegetarians and other dietary requirements.

Really welcoming staff, great recommendations and took time when we arrived to help suggest things to do in the area. Very clean room. Breakfast was included and was so lovely in the restaurant part of the hotel.great service, friendly staff and food and coffee were delicious. Location was great, close to the ferry and shops/restaurants. Room was comfortable and had a coffee machine and everything you would expect in the bathroom. We were really glad we chose to stay here and absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Bellagio.

Only critique is that you can hear some noise from the corridor and other rooms but it was not a problem for us.

-within minutes walk to ferry dock -small lovely church nearby and is within sight from the balcony of the room I was staying - variety of breakfast option with cold and hot choices - very helpful staff who updated us on the strikes and provided recommendations - staff helped to carry luggage up to room as the building does not have a lift - free welcome drink ( mineral water and prosecco)

This hotel is new and chic. I didn‘t notice any damages or signs of use in the room or bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. We had room with a balcony, very cute with the view to the old church. Prosecco as a welcome drink was a pleasant surprise and really nice touch. Location is right in the center of Bellagio in the pedestrian zone, but also reachable by the car. Service at the hotel and restaurant was perfect. Everyone was kind and helpful. Restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a lake view.

Everything was just perfect, only a parking lot is hard to reach if you have a big car because the entrance is too narrow.
