It was good that it was self check-in and out. The room was cozy and nice. The neighborhood was quiet.

At night there wasn’t hot water, but in the morning there was. I guess they ran out of hot water at the end of the day.

I liked everything except the city tax 3 euro per night per person that wasn't mentioned before booking. I like when I know how much I will spend before making reservation. If you are a couple its 6 euro per night and if you stay one week its quite a big amount not to be aware before. Also you can't pay it online, you have to go to the other place I don't know why. Its very close to accommodation but still. Except this moments its really very good place to stay and I think it worth it's money, at least what i paid for that night.

Location (in an interesting area, and not too far from the station and the bus route to the città alta) value for money. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff at the associated 'locanda' (but not quick at answering email queries beforehand).

Communication between the B&B and myself. I had to wait nearly 24 hours for a reply to my questions (which weren't actually answered). Before arriving, I had asked for, via email, a telephone number to call in case of emergency, and if there was the possibility of arriving between 12 and 13 (simply to drop a bag).

I really liked the fact, that you could check in by phone. Made things so much easier. My questions where always answered accordingly by the staff members in the restaurant or at the reception. My room was exceptionally large, with a very comfy bed and you also have air conditioning. Good sleep guaranteed! The bathroom looks very modern and clean. The cleaning was done everyday by very kind people! :) The B&B is located in a very calm place within Bergamo. You can reach all tourists attractions in a very short time. Perfect place for a short trip to Bergamo! :)

There was no fridge to store some food. But that's no problem if you want to eat in the various restaurants of Bergamo.

Everything was great We could have used a small fridge for keeping cold water and drinks but did not really miss it that much.

Small, interestingly furnished apartment, not far from the old town, about 20 minutes walk, very polite, friendly staff, helped with luggage, which had nowhere to go before the evening train. Online check-in, so you definitely need the Internet, without it you will not open the gate and the apartment itself

A bit untidy, almost no utensils, but there is a coffee machine, it’s a bit difficult with shops around.

Comfy room, 2 minutes to bus stop for bus to city centre & airport, or walk 20mins to funicular to old town. Quiet residential area, friendly staff

The design of the room is nice, and the hotel is located in quite district, next to old city. Wonderful place to explore Bergamo

The hot water gets cold very fast

We stayed in few hotels in Bergamo but B&B Via Diaz was beyond our expectations. I will come back for sure. - Location is perfect, we walked to Citta Alta and around. - There is coffee/tea and water in the room. - Easy check in. - Clean room. - smart TV. - Good quality hair dryer.

Really nice accommodation with self check in and check out, clean and cozy. We stayed there for 2 days and it felt relaxing. They did the cleaning of the room while we were out and refilled the coffee stock (delicious one).
