The restaurant had an awesome food, quality and quantity, fast and treated us so well. Also the breakfast was delicious. So clean and comfortable room to sleep. The receptionist treated us so nice. The place was so quiet and enchanting, perfect to sleep. I don't think I would find a better place to stay in Bergamo.

The location can be better, far from the station, but you are more or less near to the high city, where the most beautiful monuments are located. It's not a big city so it's not a true problem.

Good location, friendly staff. Room was good except the beds

First we got bed with legs ON THE TILES and everytime you sit on the bed or try to turn while laying its squeak very loudly! We asked to change our room. The staff was understanding and changed quickly. The second room bed was better but still not good. Bed was uncomfortable, extremely soft mattress, its even seem that the mattress is broken or something. I slept on the ground on the carpets because its seemed better option. Also we were not happy about breakfast. There were more desserts than breakfast, no eggs

Staff were really friendly and made sure we had an amazing night in the restaurant too. After a day travelling they made us feel very welcome. Check in was easy and the room was warm and cosy. I was worried I wouldn’t sleep well but we both slept like logs. They do a breakfast (we didn’t have this) but there are a few places nearby, all cheap. 15 minutes away at a steady pace to the funicular up to the upper city and around the same to the bus stops (airport/station). The neighbourhood is very pretty- the photo I have attached is from our window. We were overall blown away by value for money and the exceptional hospitality from your staff 😃!

Nothing! For the price, exceptional.

It was a 25min walk from the bus stop from the airport, so was easy enough to get to. I checked in around 9pm at the restaurant, the lady didn’t speak any English, a waiter assisted which was perfecto. Room and facilities very nice, breakfast is at a cafe a few doors down, apart from a coffee and down bread there wasn’t anything else, but was okay to start the day.

Very clean room, on the first floor of the building. Balcony with view to the main street. Spacious bathroom. Daily room cleaning. Generous continental breakfast. Smart TV with access to YouTube/Netflix. Getting to Citta Alta is a 25 minutes steep walk or the same time taking the bus (bus station is in front of the hotel, just cross the street; you have to take C1B and change it with 1A in the downtown, close to Porta Nuova).

The noise coming from the Pizzeria at the ground floor, after midnight. Probably they closed at that hour. They generated horrible noise, dragging heavy tables/chairs on the tiles, for more than one hour. Again, after midnight!

The rooms were clean, and the location was great for exploring Bergamo.

The way staff ‘conveniently’ offer you things and don’t mention that they have a cost then they try to charge you afterwards as though you requested what they offered. For instance, eating in the restaurant IN the hotel has a €1.50 that they don’t mention until after you get your food. Not to mention I asked for TAP water and was charged €2.50, and when you preemptively ask about costs they kind of avoid the question, interestingly.

I recently stayed at 900Strati before my flight and was looking for a convenient place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the Alta Citta (the road is uphill) and with easy access to public transportation. Nice, quiet neighbourhood, and there’s a great restaurant in the next building. Even though I only needed a basic hotel, I got everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was that there was some music playing downstairs at night, but it didn't last long and quickly quieted down.

The breakfast was OK, from 07:30-09:30. The staff was really friendly. The location, if you want to see the old town, was great. You can walk all the way to the top, in both directions. You can also walk half-way and then take the tram at Funicolare Città Alta (usually long queue). I will post tourist map, X marks the Hotel. There is free street-parking close to the hotel, and also a pay-parking if you can't find any spots in the free one. There is bus stop right next to the hotel. I post picture of the bus routes (It's hard to read, www.atb.bergamo.it for more info). The restaurant, in the same building, was also really good food

I liked the friendly and efficient atmosphere in the Accommodation, Ristorante + Cafe. The food in the Ristorante was delicious with menus at various prices...an opportunity not to be missed! Breakfast was good and Maudo was so kind and helpful. I am delighted to recommend this stay in Bergamo.

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but, for some visitors, a little far from the centre; in my opinion, this was superceded by the quality and affordability of the Albergo. There is a bus stop very near to reach Porta Nuova.

Nice location. It’s near the Old City, just go straightly to the hill and turn left to the trapper- 10 minutes rise and you’ll be near the column of st.Alexandr. Best view of the old city! Quiet place near the police academy

A little far a way from the train station. Poor English. Noise from the hotel was till midnight. There were no cheese and hot meals for breakfast. Only 1 hot drink per person is included. Hotel shuttle service to the airport was 40 euros, so we took city taxi for 25!!!
