It is a really beautiful and clean apartment, with a comfortable big bed and a modern bathroom. Its location is very convenient for people that don't have a car, because it offers an easy acces to many central places and also public transport!

The system that provided the access in the room didn't function and we could't enter the room. We tried to call the hosts several times, we even sent them messages on Booking, but nobody ever answered the phone or the message. After one hour (!) we managed to enter the room with the help of some cleaning ladies who really tried to help but were not aware of the possible issue of the app. However our mood was terrible. If the hosts have been more respectful to their guests, this house would deserve more that 10!

Big, spacious, sunny room, comfortable bed, central location

The first impression when I entered the room was very good, however later some things turned out to be quite annoying: - water pipes make constant noise - the walls are thin so you hear people outside - also the ceiling is not isolated enough so you hear people walking above your head (sometimes it made me wake up or I couldn’t fall asleep) - I got a request to pay additional tourist fee which is not at all mentioned at booking.com

I'd like to stars with an apology, I booked this hotel and afterwards I googled it and the comment in google said its a scam and the property doesn't exist. I've got really nervous as we landed in Bergamo in the middle of the night and I was scared we'd have no place to sleep, I tried to cancel and they did not allow as I booked the unrefendable. To make a long story short, We've arrived at night, Already had the codes to the main gate and the room by email, It was amazing and it made me feel bad for being sceptic. Location is perfect, The room is very modern and hi-tech and we loved every second of our stay. VERY RECOMMENDED!

Lovely property central Bergamo, nice decor very clean, great beds and showers

The check in part is horrible, I arrived late, assuming someone would be there to let me in as I stayed before and there had been someone in the foyer, I hadn't checked my emails and my battery was low, I had to go to a cafe and charge my phone, then go through the long online info and add passport details, then wait for a code, walked back round and the code didn't work, by then I was crying, tired, nervous, alone in the night, the cafe had closed,thankfully a couple came who were staying there and let me inside, then I was able to get hold of someone on the phone, she reactivated the code and I was in! but really, oh no it should not be so difficult to enter, not everyone is young and tech savvy, it was too much for me and sadly I won't stay there again because of it.

I loved every detail, it was one of the best accommodations of the whole trip. The app works just fine without any stress or difficulty. The team was always available through WhatsApp and replied in a few minutes to all my questions. The building is just amazing, and the room is exactly as the pictures, clean, well designed and it boasts the best view over citá alta. It is located in a very central area of the downtown with lots of cafes and restaurants just a couple of steps away. I would love to have stayed all the days in Bergamo here, staying in Bergamo Alta it is not worth it, much more crowded.

Everything about the stay was great and the check-in process was easy enough to follow. However, I did receive a link through the booking app not long after booking the room that was a phishing link. The property owners confirmed this was a phishing link when I messaged them over WhatsApp and urged me not to follow it, but it appeared very authentic and does need to be addressed by both booking.com and the property to prevent future clients from risking their details in the future.

Amazing new apartment. Very comforrabme Bed and location was Just Perfect in the City Center. We appreciate All The restaurants and bars nearby even managed to have morning Coffee and Breakfast Because there is a small Coffee down There Open from 7am

We just struggled with checkin.My Battery died Before I checked The PIN code to acces The accommodation so we called to the accommodation and It was Allmost Impossible to understand What The Lady is saying. The quality of the Call was very poor but at the end We have managed to charge phone and access the building.

amazing interior design, loved the staffless system when it worked. Didn't feel like they cheaped out on interior decisions, great location.

two issues: 1. getting a pin to work to open the door since there was no staff on site. But got help through whatsapp and all was fixed. 2. the noise insulation in the room was appaling. It felt as if there's no wall at all. We could hear clearly every argument the other couple had between each other and every word when their phone was on speakerphone mode. Luckily they went separate ways and woman left, so we could have a quite night. It was really weird to have such a beautiful room with luxury fixtures and not put any effort in sound insulation. You really need to look into it because it does taint the experience quite a bit.

Set in a small piazza, the property was near to bars and restaurants. There was a bus stop outside that would take you to the railway/bus station. The property looked new or recently refurbished . We had a deluxe room that had full length French windows and a Juliet balcony. The bathroom was clean bright and modern, with a rainfall shower. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was a large TV with Sky. there was a safe and a fridge.

Although there was a Nespresso machine and a kettle, the person who serviced the room didn’t replace coffee pods and teabags. By ringing reception they were replaced quickly but should have been done by the cleaning staff. Also no real cups. Only disposable ones which once again were not replaced every day. In these times of recycling and reducing waste, proper cups that can be washed would be much better. Only one plastic water cup, had to ask for another.

Flew into Milan Bergamo and decided to stay in Bergamo rather than Milan. Turned out to be a great idea because Bergamo has lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the train station takes you to Milan or Verona amongst other destinations. The accommodation was very clean, refreshed daily, spacious and light. Bed was huge, shower hot and powerful and there was a coffee machine and TV. Location was near perfect with a friendly bar ("Wood") outside the accommodation for a quick night cap after getting back. Plenty of other bars and coffee shops to choose from too.

Just one thing brought my score down. I booked a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony but the room we had didn't have a balcony and the only view was by standing on tip-toe to look over a 5ft high wall. An improvement would be to send a picture of the front entrance door because it's fairly difficult to find, unless the taxi driver knows where it is!
