It is a really beautiful and clean apartment, with a comfortable big bed and a modern bathroom. Its location is very convenient for people that don't have a car, because it offers an easy acces to many central places and also public transport!

The system that provided the access in the room didn't function and we could't enter the room. We tried to call the hosts several times, we even sent them messages on Booking, but nobody ever answered the phone or the message. After one hour (!) we managed to enter the room with the help of some cleaning ladies who really tried to help but were not aware of the possible issue of the app. However our mood was terrible. If the hosts have been more respectful to their guests, this house would deserve more that 10!

Big, spacious, sunny room, comfortable bed, central location

The first impression when I entered the room was very good, however later some things turned out to be quite annoying: - water pipes make constant noise - the walls are thin so you hear people outside - also the ceiling is not isolated enough so you hear people walking above your head (sometimes it made me wake up or I couldn’t fall asleep) - I got a request to pay additional tourist fee which is not at all mentioned at booking.com

Brilliant location, 10 minutes from airport. Room was very modern and spotlessly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Liked the electronic entry system, not having to worry about keys. Room cleaned daily to a good standard. Excellent location right in the busy plaza, lots of lovely bars cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Very lively on an evening but no noise heard in room at all from outside.

Air conditioning was switched off and the room was very warm. Window could be opened for a slight draught but very noisy when other residents were talking loudly in the communal area so not able to leave open when sleeping. Toilet roll wasn’t replaced after day 2/4 so had to resort to using the tissues on last day.

Nice hotel and cleaning people

There were 2 accidents while we were staying at the hotel and as a guest we felt a responsibility to help. It would have been nice if we could have got in contact with somebody who could take over. A woman felt down the stairs and we tried to help and have a conversation with the woman who did not want help. Some paramedicine people came half an out later. A man was stuck in the elevator and we stayed there with him - as he was about to panic. We got in touch with the cleaning woman who was very helpful - but we could not walk away before we were sure the man were getting helt

We booked the junior suite. It is a huge room and a remarkable painted ceiling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. We loved it and thought it well worth the extra money. (In the junior suite the booking conditions say that there is a cost of EU40 per night for use of the kitchen. Do not worry about this as the ‘kitchen’ is simply a cooker and utensils locked away in the corner and you have to ask to use/get unlocked. You cannot inadvertently get charged the money.) There is a kettle and coffee machine to use without extra charge. The location is superb.

Yes, the check-in procedure, only online, takes time and can be frustrating- for two guests it took me about 20 minutes. However as long as you read the instructions and follow them completely, it all works well. You will need your smartphone, passport, ID, home address, zip code, (for each guest member, not just the lead guest) payment card all ready and you have to concentrate. Do not try to do all of this in the street outside the hotel hoping to get access within 5 minutes. You are emailed the procedure up to 48 hours beforehand. Do it all then.

Lovely property central Bergamo, nice decor very clean, great beds and showers

The check in part is horrible, I arrived late, assuming someone would be there to let me in as I stayed before and there had been someone in the foyer, I hadn't checked my emails and my battery was low, I had to go to a cafe and charge my phone, then go through the long online info and add passport details, then wait for a code, walked back round and the code didn't work, by then I was crying, tired, nervous, alone in the night, the cafe had closed,thankfully a couple came who were staying there and let me inside, then I was able to get hold of someone on the phone, she reactivated the code and I was in! but really, oh no it should not be so difficult to enter, not everyone is young and tech savvy, it was too much for me and sadly I won't stay there again because of it.

Central, easy location a short walk from the funicular to Citta Alta. Good for tourists. Easy electronic check in. I note some other reviews people have had difficulty checking in, but this appears to be because they may see the tourist tax request email as a scam. Rest assured it is not.

Unfortunately the air conditioning is centrally controlled and can only be turned on and off. We emailed to request whether we could change this ourselves but unfortunately we could not. However, we did actually find the Aircon setting perfectly adequate. Our safe was also locked and we could not access it.

I'd like to stars with an apology, I booked this hotel and afterwards I googled it and the comment in google said its a scam and the property doesn't exist. I've got really nervous as we landed in Bergamo in the middle of the night and I was scared we'd have no place to sleep, I tried to cancel and they did not allow as I booked the unrefendable. To make a long story short, We've arrived at night, Already had the codes to the main gate and the room by email, It was amazing and it made me feel bad for being sceptic. Location is perfect, The room is very modern and hi-tech and we loved every second of our stay. VERY RECOMMENDED!

I loved every detail, it was one of the best accommodations of the whole trip. The app works just fine without any stress or difficulty. The team was always available through WhatsApp and replied in a few minutes to all my questions. The building is just amazing, and the room is exactly as the pictures, clean, well designed and it boasts the best view over citá alta. It is located in a very central area of the downtown with lots of cafes and restaurants just a couple of steps away. I would love to have stayed all the days in Bergamo here, staying in Bergamo Alta it is not worth it, much more crowded.

Everything about the stay was great and the check-in process was easy enough to follow. However, I did receive a link through the booking app not long after booking the room that was a phishing link. The property owners confirmed this was a phishing link when I messaged them over WhatsApp and urged me not to follow it, but it appeared very authentic and does need to be addressed by both booking.com and the property to prevent future clients from risking their details in the future.
