Warm, friendly and helpful staff. All staff were lovely but the reception staff were especially kind and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. Lots of cheeses, breads, pastries, cakes, cereals, yogurts, smoked salmon, and for those who eat them eggs/omlettes and sliced meats. To drink there was fruit juice (2 sometimes 3 kinds), still or sparkling water, various coffees and teas. I had dinner there on one night and it was very tasty and again the wait staff member who served me was friendly and chatty. The spa, whilst a little more expensive than I would usually pay for a spa was exclusively for the person(s) (ie a couple or group of friends/family) who booked it.

The only downside was that I like to be cool when I sleep and the room was too hot and due to Italian regulations I was not able to use air-conditioning to cool it to a reasonable temperature which meant that I had disturbed sleep for the 3 night's I was there, even though I opened the window for 1.5 hours before I went to sleep to cool the room down.

Very good location, 200 meters from the bus station to Citta Alta. The ladies at the Reception were very helpful, very friendly. The room and the bathroom were nice, clean, the bed very comfortable, the lamps were very good and interesting design. The carpark was just at the hotel which is a great value in italien cities.

We got a welcome drink card at check in at 3 pm, which I did not expected, but it was valid from 6 to 8 p.m, so I did not want to use it, because we left the hotel to look around, but we went back just 5 minutes before 8, so we went to the bar. The waiter looked at his watch, than he gave us 2 glass of prosecco. There were only high steels free so I tried to sit down at a side restaurant table ( the whole restaurant was empty at 8), but the waiter told we can sit down only in the bar (my hip protezis had moved so I walk with help). I think it would be better not give welcome drink voucther, because it is not a welcome and I thin k all guests can afford to buy one and sit down in normal circumstancies.

Everything was perfect! - Hotel location is very central, you can go everywhere by foot. Train station is 800 meter from hotel. - upon arrival, Anna makes you feel like at home ! She will do anything to make you feel comfortable and knows everything about the city of Bergamo. Thanks a lot Anna. The Room is big and offer everything you need. Area very quiet in night. Bed very comfortable. - The private Spa offer us such an amazing experience! You need to.book it at reception and then you have the whole Spa fir yourself alone during 90 minutes. - Massage is also very good! Thanks a lot to the friendly masseuse! - Breakfast is amazing and staff very professional! Thanks you Jenny. - The bar is very nice and offer lots of drinks. The Argentinian barman is very friendly. This hotel is fantastic really! Such quality of service and and good value for the money. Thanks at every single person who works here! I'll be back!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's certainly not the last, as long as I keep going to Bergamo. I will continue to choose it again due to its perfect location right in the center of the city. Once again, we had quite a spacious and bright room, all super clean and the beds were comfy. As we were returning guests, we received a voucher for drinks and that was a nice surprise. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

I am still lobbying for sockets near both beds. We are modern day tourists with all sorts of devices, and it's not exactly funny or comfortable to travel with your own socket extension.

The reception staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful Room was very clean with lots of accessories in the bathroom. Only things I would say was it was noisy as we were on the main street , The bathroom should have some handles to help you in and out of bath, bath was very slippy to stand in for shower . But overall a nice hotel and we would stay there again. It was very convenient for town and buses .

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Bergamo, close to anything of interest for tourists, such as the bus stop to go to the airport. We had quite a spacious and bright room. It was all super clean and the beds were comfy. We were lucky with the shuttle service, which is a bit expensive (30 eur), but it's a lifesaver when your plane lands in the middle of the night. The breakfast was delicious. This place remains a top choice for returning.

I think the biggest issue was the cost. Prices for accommodation seem to have skyrocketed in Bergamo, so affordable options are limited. But given the high cost per night, there are some things one would expect to have for that money, such as a fridge for example. Also, not having sockets near both beds was kind of complicated and also annoying, but I guess this is a thing in Italy as the buildings are kind of old.

Definitely among the best hotels in Bergamo. The rooms are big and very comfortable, particularly the bed and the bedding. When you're sleeping it feels like you're on 7th Heaven. The toiletries are exceptional. Very clean and tidy rooms. One of the friendliest staff members working here who are very helpful, and we are very delighted that we stayed in this amazing place. It is a short walk to Città Alta, and everything that you need to see from this amazing city in Italy. Warm recommendation for everyone coming to Bergamo to stay in this hotel.

Staff bathroom was amazing, even I can’t find the same staff on 5 stars hotels!! The welcome cocktail and appetisers were very tasty ! The guys at the reception are just great, ordered a taxi, and the shift changed, so the girl clarified and called the taxi company to make sure that the taxi will arrive at the time !!!! Very, very nice staff!!! Clean linen and clean room! Amazing location!

Don’t have any issues!

The property was in a perfect place, easy access to the city and only 10-15 min walk to citty alta. The room was large with high ceilings, comfy bed and overall perfect place. We loved how lovely the staff was!

Not so much anyone can do about, but on the street side you can hear a lot of street noise, but if you have ear drops- you will be good!

Great location, in the center of the lower town and right next to the bus station for the airport. 24 hour reception. We stayed in delux room which is very good size. Bed is super compfortable and extra huge ( I would say more than 180 cm wide). You get feather pillow and unallergenic pillows. You get lot of free toiletteries (conditioner, shampoo, body lotion, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, sewing kit, little hair comb, intimate woman set, shaving set, make up remover set, vanity set). The room is quiet and and it has blinds so the room is dark in the morning so you can sleep very well. We only slept there, we didn't use any other facilities of the hotel such as wellness or restaurant (breakfast or dinner).
