Very convinient location. Close to train station and buses. Close to main street leading to cita alta. Various restaurants and bars in very near proximity. Cafes. Also very safe with multiple entries to pass before reaching the room.

Nothing to dislike, but I would advise adding some instructions what food/drinks are free in the room or in the kitchen to clear any doubts before they arise. There was one instruction on the fridge in the shared kitchen about 1 eur for water, but not even sure if it was about the water in rooms or there is sometimes water in fridge in shared kitchen.

The room was very clean and everything was put together. The room that I stayed in was quite big, the bathroom as well. The mattress and the pillows are very comfortable (and I'm saying this as a person who has back problems). The owner was very polite and had patience with explaining everything. There's a coffee machine and a small breakfast also!! It's 15 min by walking to the funicular going to Citta Alta. I will definitely stay here again if I'll have the chance.

Excellent location - 4 min walk from the train station and in the center of the city. A good place to stay featuring rooftop-terrace, shared kitchen and pre-set breakfast elements. Since we had to leave at 4 AM the self-served and pre-set breakfast was very handy. The kitchen is stocked with milk, water, yoghurts, serials, tea, coffee and our breakfast tray had prepacked toast, croissants etc... There was also a push-button-to-make-a-coffee machine but we did not use it :) Shops and restaurants are everywhere around.

There was a climate control system in the room, but we could not find the remote to use it for cooling the room.

Was very little food for breakfast. Just cereals with milk yogurt. And a coffee making machine. But we met the owner, Maria who was extremely nice. We forgot our mobile phone after we checked out. No having the keys we can't get into the room. We called Maria on WhatsApp a d she came to open the apartment so we can get our mobile phone in 20 minutes. This was super good for Maria!!

Breakfast can be better I give maria top marks for coming to the apartment for us to get our mobile phone!!

It was perfect! I just had to find a stay before my flight the next day. Location was fantasic and the woman that let me in was super friendly. I just adored her. Coffee and Yoghurt in the morning was quick and simple. The room was a bit hot at night but there was air-conditioning and I could open the window with low traffic noise so that's also good. Really well rested after the long weekend. I can really recommend this B&B!

Top location - 10 minutes from the Città Alta by walking, 5 minutes from the "shopping street" of XX Settembre and 2 minutes from the station / airport shuttle bus stop. A personal tea kettle in the room is a nice touch.

More as a suggestion: it would be nice to have an anti-mosquito net on the windows in the room as they tend to fly in during the night if the window is opened.

It was one of the best places I stayed in. Big room, very nice and comfortable. Clean. Big bathroom. A fridge and a kettle in the room. Nice view from the room what is a rare thing in Italy. The location is very good. Very friendly staff. Lended me a vacuum cleaner to pack my things are into vacuum packs. Shareable kitchen, a place to cook what is also very rare. Everything was wonderful.

Breakfast was too small. Just bread with jam and yogurt. No eggs, no vegetables, no fruits. But having a kitchen you can cook yourself so it was not a big problem.

Fantastic location, less than a 5 minute walk to bus and train station, this b&b is a hidden gem, greeted by a lovely host on arrival, the shared kitchen is a nice touch with tables to sit and eat at, room was great had everything you need for your stay and was spotlessly clean, I cannot recommend b&b Fanzago enough, My son and I had an amazing time here site seeing around Bergamo, train to Milan only cost 18 euros return for us both, Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice place and comfortable for short stay. Location is perfect - 5 min from the railway station and close to the city center. Owners are responsive and nice. We booked a room with own bathroom which was spacious, clean, and nice. There is self-served breakfast I side the apartment as well which is great if you are in a hurry and leaving very early in the morning.

Very good contact with host, clean place ,window blinds made it very comfy to sleep , fantastic location - close to the main street and bus to the airport, good pizzerias and restaurants nearby, room was equipped with all that we needed.

thin walls so you can hear everything on the upper floors and around you (including super noisy coffeemaker in the joint kitchen :)- but with ear plugs i can;t complain:)
