Great location for walkable sightseeing and 15 min stroll to the train station. Quiet area and attentive staff once you’re able to get in, which requires a phone-call to the number provided. Included breakfast round the corner was adequate, a hot drink and pastry / brioche.

Small things: Slightly unclean room, cobwebs above the bed in the plant box (weird style choice) , dirty light fixture in the bathroom. No AC but the fan provided was adequate. I stayed in room 3 and following on from a recent review, shower tray was clean and TV worked with no issues.

Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality in the facility. It's near train station (10 min walk) and bus stop to the airport and 10 min to the promenade with shops and restaurants. My room was on the ground floor. Comfortable bed, very clean. In the room a table, a cabinet with TV and a fan (despite the heat outside it worked). Large bathroom. I was surprised by the cleaning after 1 night (sorry for the mess🙈). Great contact with the owner. On the first floor there is a kitchen area (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the fridge, extra charge).

My room was next to the reception and the parking and the laundry room so it was quite noisy! If you add to that, the absence of window shades, it was difficult to sleep after the first light of the day.

The room was spacious enough for two and clean. It was great to have the use of kitchen facility. Coffee and croissant was the breakfast included in the price and actually quite sufficient and nice. We got a voucher for a cafe nearby. I would rebook the property if I’ll be back in Bergamo.

Check in was a bit nerve wrecking as it was not made clear that the host wanted to be phoned on arrival and a photo of passports had to be posted also on arrival. It’s a bit scary for guests who don’t have the know how to do this easily.

Nice, very clean property, in good location. Really, really good value for money. Large, light filled room, with a bathroom so big, it could fit in the entire room of my stay in Milan the night before (where I paid double the price 🥲). Nice owner, might be looked upon as a bit abrupt by some, but I appreciate straight to the point people, so a plus for me. Breakfast was in a cafe next door, where we had a coffee and a croissant, both fresh and properly made.

I was a bit cold at night, although, out of my party of 5 people, I was the only one who thought so. The pillows could also do with an update, but none of it a deal breaker.

Very bright, small room. Very peaceful, quiet and friendly neighborhood. You can turn on the heating when you are cold. There is a fridge and all possible cutlery and plates available in the lobby. There are towels and a hairdryer in the room.

Clean, exceptional clean. Everyday cleaning of the room. Excellent position to walk to the downtown and to Città Alta, the main attraction of Bergamo. Comfortable room. Warm, it was in April and it was cold outside. Easy check-in, easy to contact and discuss with the guest.

The noise, that's why only 9 and not 10. I had the ground floor room and starting with 7:30 in the morning you can not only sleep, do nothing because of the doors noise or because of voices. I discussed with the guest about, if they can improve this, this is one of the great locations on Booking.

Huge room and extra large bathroom, very comfortable beds! Access to kitchen where you can make tea or store your food. Good location close the main street of the città bassa.

The window wasn't isolated - it was noisy from the street as if the window was open. And a little bit more information could be shared on how to check out outside of working hours (e.g. early flight) and how to get to the airport - which bus, how to order a taxi.

Everything was perfect. Very cozy and clean. I really liked it.

Don’t go out the wrong door when checking out early. I did, and ended up in a locked backyard with no way out and no way back in. Everyone was asleep, and the owner lived too far away to help. Eventually, I managed to wake someone who got up and let me out, and I finally made it to the airport.
