The room met my expectations because the location is amazing. Even though the apartment is in the city center, it’s completely quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. Thank you for the stay.

I’d say the breakfast selection was a bit modest, but then again, this is guesthouse-style accommodation, not a hotel, so a wide variety of breakfast options shouldn’t really be expected. I went out for coffee to nearby cafés — there are certainly plenty of them in the city center.

I won free flights to Bergamo and didn’t have high expectations, but this trip was incredible! Cico B&B is a hidden gem in a perfect location—close to the bus stop, bars, restaurants, and the stunning old city. The room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily, with thoughtful touches like fruits and cakes in the kitchen. The hosts were fantastic and made check-in/check-out seamless. I can’t recommend Cico B&B or Bergamo enough—it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited!

Everything was perfect

Tucked away in one of the main shopping streets in the lower city, this B&B offers it all. A nice quiet place to retreat with good facilities, a shared fridge to put groceries that can be bought just down the road and a pleasant staff.

Breakfast can be taken in a common room that is marked with "please keep quiet" signs for the few other guests or in the room on bed. There is plenty of choice and the ability to store your preferred extra's if needed, which makes up for this minor inconvenience.

The location is excellent, right on a busy old town street with restaurants and shops, but the place itself is very quiet. Great value for price. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. At the time only one other room was occupied, so we didn't feel like there's much going on in the common areas.

I'd suggest to automate the check in process so guests don't have to wait in case they can't predict the exact arrival time.

Location is excellent, very central in lower town to all nice restaurants, bars & restaurants. Quiet traffic area . 15/20 min uphill walk to Citta Alta

Nothing much. Can be a bit noisy in the morning because the kitchen and toilet is shared with other guests so if someone is up early it can be a bit noisy, otherwise very good

The location is good; the breakfast is just the bread, cookies, yogurt and a bottle of water with you to take; a cup of tea and coffee you can make also: 1 per day is counted... the room is separate with the separate shower and toilet, but in the general apartment with the other rooms and the main kitchen, frig -- this info is required to be clear beforehand! The owner is rather supportive: ordered a taxi by phone to the airport as it was impossible to order the taxi online.... the peculiarities of Bergamo...

It is better to indicate, that the owner is not at the place all the time:: it is B&B (an apartment in the city - a nice one, but with the information required to know before the arrival)!, that the owner, is not in place; we were waiting for around 2 hours to receive the keys and enter the room....

A comfortable, quiet room a short distance from central Bergamo. The host was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. I would happily stay here again if visiting Bergamo a second time.

Breakfast was very limited and the checkout time seemed very early (1030). Arrival is by appointment only. Also, be prepared to pay a 6% tourist tax in cash upon arrival as this is not included in the booking. But all of this is made clear after booking is confirmed.

It was very good value for money and what we needed for an overnight stay in Bergamo. Bed was really good as we like firm beds and most places have soft beds. Everything was clean and breakfast was sufficient.

We found check in a little tricky as we predicted our arrival a bit later and were told we had to wait until this time which was about 1 hour after we arrived but that wasn’t a problem for us, we just got a drink nearby.

The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Location was great and very secure property. Room was spacious. Very quiet area (can hear church bells from early in the morning though).

The breakfast area is a communal / serve yourself space with limited options.

Eleonora and her team really make the best of Ciccio B&B by providing quality service for the money they charge. Perfect location in case you want to travel same as us, for example, to the lake Iseo. Easy to find from the street (just follow the signs). Always clean rooms, spacious enough, u. Nicely designed (we stayed in room 11). Strong wi-fi (we have been to different places in Italy, wi-fi has always been an issue). Eleonora speaks good English, she was in touch when we needed some help and advice. Good breakfast: coffee, jams, cereals, cake, some fruit, juice, yougurts. It's very difficult to stay hungry :)
