The location and the luggage storage arrangement after the check out.

My room was next to the reception and the parking and the laundry room so it was quite noisy! If you add to that, the absence of window shades, it was difficult to sleep after the first light of the day.

Nice, very clean property, in good location. Really, really good value for money. Large, light filled room, with a bathroom so big, it could fit in the entire room of my stay in Milan the night before (where I paid double the price 🥲). Nice owner, might be looked upon as a bit abrupt by some, but I appreciate straight to the point people, so a plus for me. Breakfast was in a cafe next door, where we had a coffee and a croissant, both fresh and properly made.

I was a bit cold at night, although, out of my party of 5 people, I was the only one who thought so. The pillows could also do with an update, but none of it a deal breaker.

Very bright, small room. Very peaceful, quiet and friendly neighborhood. You can turn on the heating when you are cold. There is a fridge and all possible cutlery and plates available in the lobby. There are towels and a hairdryer in the room.

Clean, exceptional clean. Everyday cleaning of the room. Excellent position to walk to the downtown and to Città Alta, the main attraction of Bergamo. Comfortable room. Warm, it was in April and it was cold outside. Easy check-in, easy to contact and discuss with the guest.

The noise, that's why only 9 and not 10. I had the ground floor room and starting with 7:30 in the morning you can not only sleep, do nothing because of the doors noise or because of voices. I discussed with the guest about, if they can improve this, this is one of the great locations on Booking.

We arrived late and there was no problem and Dario picked us up at the airport for a small fee! We stayed for a weekend and it was a nice place to rest after a long day of walking through beautiful Bergamo. The bed was confortable and the room was big, as well as the bathroom. The sheets and the towels were clean. The heating was on and so the temperature was confortable. There was a common kitchen with drinks on the fridge for sell, it was very convenient for water. Great location! Breakfast was on a caffe close by so don't expect an hotel breakfast, but we really enjoyed the experience of going to the italian caffe. Everyone was very nice. Great value for money, recommend!

The only thing I think can improve is the cleaning, as the room was a bit dusty. But nothing that ruined the stay.

Huge room and extra large bathroom, very comfortable beds! Access to kitchen where you can make tea or store your food. Good location close the main street of the città bassa.

The window wasn't isolated - it was noisy from the street as if the window was open. And a little bit more information could be shared on how to check out outside of working hours (e.g. early flight) and how to get to the airport - which bus, how to order a taxi.

The property has a good central location in the under part of the town. There are restaurants and cafes in the area, 10 minutes away from the bus station (direction airport). The room was brite and clean. The host was very helpful. The historical old town is 20-25 minutes away on the top of the hill, and I would not suggest booking a property there. There is not enough space for parking a car. To bring the luggage up by foot is also not a good idea. Bergamo old town is really nice with very beautiful views on the area.

15minutes away by walk from main train station, 20minutes to Citta alta in very calm location. We were able to have check in at 11am which was really nice of the owner, instructions were clear and room was clean and spacious. A bit cold in bathroom and one room but it’s fine. We were really satisfied and will come back and forward our recommendations.

Just a bit colder in bathroom and room next to bathroom, for more than one night can be tricky.

The accommodation is set close to the bus and train station and the centre of the new town, nearby there is a bus stop for the line running from the airport. The room was big enough and had everything you need including a hairdryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor with a fridge, where you can help yourself to a non-alcoholic drink or beer at 1 to 2.5 euros. Tea and coffee available as well. I didn´t meet the owner, she let me in using some kind of remote control after I called her on my phone. The key was prepared in the lock and invoice on the desk.

You can hear people talking in the hall or climbing the stairs, but as the boarding house is not that big, this didn´t happen that often. Otherwise nothing to compalin about.
