As has been mentioned in other reviews, when we got there, we were stuck outside for a good half hour while we tried to sort out the check-in process via an online platform. We were supposed to get the links by email but we never got them (deactivated in the emails we got). We called the number an spoke to several different online agents. When we finally got in to our floor, we had to call the platform again to ask which room was ours (not numbered). There are screens (iPad looking) near each doors, but they don’t work. The pad (for te code) is on the for handle but will only appears if you touch it a certain way. The location and the property are great. The whole wad annoying and not a nice start to our stay.

Lack of good contact with someone, and instructions badly laid out. Plus the web platform we were supposed to use to scan our passports had a recurrent bug for the second passport (the expiry date only had 3 digits for the year!). Our room faced a wall that I could almost touch by opening the window.

The most important is location which is great. In the middle of everything you need. Shops, restaurants, station. Good start point to walk around Bergamo. And the thing about "famous" remote access. So, when you read carefully the messages from the owner there is No Problem with it. Before you arrive you have to make check in with ID photos AND to pay tourist tax. And by the way, the member of staff was waiting for us in person. And, important for us, there is luggage deposit very close.

Could be more space for our stuff, especially in the bathroom. But this is just a hotel room, so.

The hotel's proximity to the bus and city center were positive aspects, but the check-in process was quite difficult. On the positive side, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The coffee machine and complimentary water in the room were a nice touch and made up for it a bit.

the check-in process was quite difficult. After making the payment through booking.com, you check in via the link they send in a message. After doing this, you have to wait until the check-in time, which is 3:00 PM. I waited a long time for the PIN code that would allow me to enter, but since it wasn’t specified anywhere, I ended up calling customer service. They informed me that I also had to pay the €5 city tax, and only after that would they send the PIN. I finally received the code at 4:30 PM. The whole check-in part was very stressful. The customer service representative was helpful, though. Additionally, you have to carry your luggage up four floors by hand.

Nice,modern ,very clean room, great location ,very nice view in Deluxe room. You should know some standard rooms might have view of the wall.

The door access code was inactive despite checking in online according to the procedures. We got stuck outside the door along with other guests. It was difficult to contact the staff via WhatsApp — they were slow to respond. After some time, they showed up and asked to verify our identity again. I understand that the law has changed, but no one informed us about the new rules in advance.

Just a 1 night stay and arrived quite late, but the property was well located in the lower part of town on a pedestrian street so quiet at night. Instructions for self check in were communicated well and straightforward. The room was well decorated with comfy bed and a good shower - appreciated after travelling! And a coffee machine (pods) for that much needed morning espresso!

It would be handy to have somewhere to store bags during the day after checking out, but appreciate that's not easy in a property without a reception.

Great location, nice and spacious room! Comfortable bed. The coffee and tea machine was very nice to have! I had some initial issues, which was resolved in a timely manner. The guy on the reception was very nice and welcoming. Good value for money.

There was no toiler paper, arriving late at night I only noticed this as I was ready to go to bed. Luckily there was some tissue! I didn't appreciate the cleaning lady knocking half an hour before check-out time asking me how much longer til I leave...

Checkin is done through a link, and when paying with the card instead of charging me the currency of the card Euro, they switched me to the currency of the country where I am resident, which led to additional costs. At the same time, when booking, it is not clearly stated, the cost of city taxes, generating other additional fees... So, what at first glance seems like a good price, in the end kind of expensive

The accommodation is located right in the city center. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, with a new coffee capsule and tea provided daily. A bottle of mineral water was also complimentary every day after the cleaning.

The air conditioning was on at 21 degrees all day and night, which is really low for the end of November, making it cold in the evening and at night. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The hotel impressed me with its attention to guests. They showed attention and care to my wishes. They did everything to ensure that my impressions of their service were at a high level! Nice! I recommend this hotel to you. If I find myself in Begramo again, I will definitely choose it to feel like a VIP guest again. Thanks to the hotel team!
