Great size room, very clean, lovely bathroom, fantastic location. The photos in the listing are exactly what you get.

Needs a better description to find the location. Enter the main open galleria, look to the left (circled in the photo) and behind a glass door are some stairs and a very small lift. There are a number of call buttons to the left of the door, look for My Bergamo and press it. David will let you in and you go to the 2nd floor where he will welcome you.

Location. Very close to train station and you can walk to the historic old City . The host was very friendly and accommodating. There are lots of places to eat and a supermarket quite close. It was probably my misunderstanding, but I thought I had booked an apartment. It is a room in a shared apartment. There were 2 other couples staying there at the same time. It means you are confined to the bedroom.

This accommodation has a lot of potential. However, some things need to be updated . The bed is not comfortable, and the headboard needs to be replaced for hygiene purposes . The chairs in the room have also seen a lot of wear and tear.. A disappointing fact is there is a little balcony off the bedroom. however, it is not usable due to a big satellite dish taking up all the room. The whole apartment is mainly used for storing linen and equipment for the apartment. It could with some thought and effort be much more homely. At the moment, it is more like a hostel than a holiday apartment.

Only stayed for 1 night prior to early flight. We booked a family room which was really large and well equipped, had private bathroom. Beds were comfy and WiFi fast. Great location, about 15mins from old town/funicular etc and 2 min walk from large underground carpark (we had hire car). Host welcoming and friendly. As other reviews, room is on busy road so can be noisy and room was very hot and couldn't leave windows open due to noise. Minor criticism but overall great stay and value for money.

This is a very nice place located in a central and safe area. It is just 3 minutes on foot from the train station as well as the bus stop to / from the airport. All the major attractions and shopping street can be reached on foot since they are in close proximity . The old part of the city is just 30 minutes on foot or you can take the bus or funicular ( stops are close by).There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area, too. The owner, David, is very polite and helpful. The room and generally the whole place was very clean and tidy. Inside the room there is a coffee machine as well as rusks , jam and honey.

There was only one thing I did not like. I stayed in the blue room so my comment has to do with the specific room. There is a door that leads to both the bedroom and the bathroom (theses are two adjoining rooms with separate doors ) which unfortunately cannot be locked from the outside. The same thing applies to the bathroom door. So ,while we were away, anyone could use our bathroom even though we were reassured by the owner that this would not happen.

The location is excellent! The host is very nice and friendly. Although we could not use the kitchen (what we know) we could use fridge, which was very convenient! It is located in the shared space but that’s ok.

Bathroom requires deep cleaning, not just surface cleaning.

The host and his wife were really nice and lovely. I got there before my check-in time and he still entertained me. It’s a cute lil flat, very close to the airport with just one bus less than 15mins. Got different types of restaurants all around it and all you need is literally at your door step.

Can’t use the kitchen even tho we wanted to cook and this was why we booked an apartment, rather than hotel.

The star of the hotel has to be David, he's an absolute legend and was very accomodating and helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The room was near perfect very clean with all the facilities we needed. What's more, this is a great place to stay if you're visiting Milan or Bergamo or the surrounding areas. This hotel is very close to the train/bus station which allowed us to get our luggage to the hotel and to travel to Milan and Crema and later into Verona.

The location was very good, the room was clean and in the neighborhood there are some good places where one can eat for lunch or dinner. Nice balcony with view to the Alta Citta. Spacious room. The host is friendly and willing to share information about what to visit, where to eat, etc...

The kitchen could not be used by the guests, therefore the breakfast is self-prepared, available in the room and is mainly based on some kind of bread, something sweet (chocolate cream), coffee and tea.

B&B My Bergamo is a wonderful option for short and long stays in Bergamo. Very close to everything - walking distance from the train station and also the bus stop from the airport. You can easily explore both the new town and the Citta Alta. It was clean, quiet and very cozy apartment. The host was very welcoming and he met us there. Everything is spot on. Highly recommend it!

There was nothing to complain about! Very good apartment with lots of options to eat and drink around.

The location was perfect since we could easily reach everything on foot and it's close to the train station. The neighbourhood is lovely, with plenty of dining and shopping options. The apartment is clean and quite spacious for a family of four. The host was very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the small breakfast bonus, which included some coffee and toast.

We didn't understand why there was no hot water after the first person used the shower. The other three people had to take cold showers. Additionally, I would like to mention that the apartment windows face the main street, so it can be a bit noisy, especially if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping.
