The hotel is in an excellent location with respect to the train station which was great for our day trip to Milano and getting to Bergamo from Lake Garda. However, it is quite a walk to the funicular or steps to reach the Old Town, which is a must see and where most of the best restaurants are located. The room was a good size and clean and the staff friendly.

The bathroom design was a little unusual in that the shower was completely open on one side which made it almost impossible to avoid soaking the bathroom floor and toilet. No breakfast was included although one could be purchased for Euro13 and there was a very good (although busy) cafe right next door to the hotel.

The location is top. Right next to train and bus station, from where you can reach any destination you want. Only 6 km. from the airport. 5 stars for cleanliness and the staff!

The hotel is non-smoking, so there is no balconies even. We didn't see information about cleaning and mini-bar choices. You have to pay for it. They were bringing 2 little packs of nescaffe each day, which was decaf ( so if you drink coffee - bring it to the room by yourself). Mini-bar they call couple bottles of water, we had no clue that it's not included. In the end for a few little bottles of water we paid 32 euros (for 4 days stay). Other than that, everything was excellent!

The hotel is extremely clean. The young girl who cleaned the rooms did a wonderful job. The room was comfortable and big enough. The bathroom was great, very comfortable and spacious. The staff is always helpful and kind. The location is perfect for exploring the city - close to the center in the new town and to the bus stop that takes you to the upper town. The hotel is next to the train station, from where you can go to Milan or other nearby cities, it is very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, on the main street. Since we are in the central part of the city, the nearest large grocery store is 600 meters away, you can only get there directly along the central boulevard (Carrefour Market - Supermarket, Via G. Tiraboschi, 53). There is a very good cafe-restaurant in the hotel building, which offers pastries and meals.

+ Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. + Comfortable bed, we slept really well. + They have very convenient luggage space which allows you to store your suitcases and enjoy Bergamo after checkout. + An option for a late checkout at 13:00. It was exactly what we needed that day. + Great location - near the train station and the bus stop to the airport. + The breakfast area looked very nice but we didn't try their breakfasts. We had a brunch in the cafe that is linked to this hotel. It was delicious.

- There is no curtain in the bathroom, everything was constantly wet, although we tried to shower carefully and laid towels on the floor, but it did not help. - Very inconvenient containers for soap and shower gel/shampoo. You know, those things that you have to press on to squeeze out liquid. It's inconvenient because you have to use two hands, and sometimes even two hands weren't enough for me because I had to use a lot of force to squeeze out anything. It's not clear why they put something like that.

The hotel itself is great, staff are great and helpful. The hotel is located 20 meters from the train station, which provides fast connection to the railways.

The area around the hotel is a bit catchy, especially behind it. A lot if immigrants gathering together, loud music. There is police and army units allocated on the square but general outside the hotel doesnt feel safe at night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean, comfortable and a decent sizes . cafe right beside did nice coffee and cakes . The hotel was across the road from street buses to old town and from train and bus stations. there were nearby cafe and restaurants. i felt very safe in the area as been a solo traveller, I walked most of the days to the old town and back it s around 40 min walk . The basilica Di Santa Marie Maggiore is worth a visit , very beautiful inside and out .

Nothing I can think of , great location 😀 Only thing I would say is the bus to old town and back , also one from airport get very packed and can get uncomfortable and hard to get to off . so if not in a hurry wait for a quieter bus .

So glad to make a choice of that comfy, amazing hotel. We had a one-night stay in Bergamo between flights and there were doubts to book some cheaper options, but now I am totally sure that have made right choice. You pay 20-30 euro more, but get much more advantages than can find in remotely located, small hotels with old furniture. The trip from Bergamo airport took around 15min by bus. The closest bus station from/to airport is 2min walks from hotel. Thanks to the very central location there are definitely a range of cafes/restaurants, banks, stores etc. All the facilities in hotel are new and comfy. Excellent choice at the breakfast. Great helpful staff.

Hotel in the new center of Bérgamo st 15 minutes walking to the funicular to the high city. The hotel has annexed a separated restaurant to provides an easy way to eat for a average price. The room was comfortable and clean and the size of tu bed was really great. The bathroom was adequate for disable people so it's great to prove that,s hotel has bedrooms with facilities.

The noise of the street and the possibility to park for free en the area. The hotel has their own parking for 14€ per day and the blue area pays during 9:00 to 19h. Depends the leng of your needs you can choose the best way.

We originally didnt book a breakfast on our original reservation and on checking in the receptionist mentioned the price of €10.00, so on the first morning 4 of us decided to take breakfast and it was well presented, good selection of continental style of meat and cheese, friut salad yogurts, scrambled eggs and sausages. Selection of teas and coffee and then fresh fruit and a selection of croissants and delicatessans. Would highly recommend if booking to take the breakfast in the hotel, not the restaurant beside the reception that overlooks the street.

There was nothing to dislike, however if you want a quieter room ask for a room that doesnt overlook the the road main traffic junction. My accomodation was great no complaints The rooms overlooking the front have double glazing which provides a good element of sound proofing, but thevjunction is very busy!.

The location was perfect for the train station the next morning. Once I was inside, he was able to find my reservation and I was in the room in 5 minutes. I was just there to sleep and get breakfast and both of those things worked great. I recommend the hotel, but definitely stay in touch with staff if you will arrive late.

I had been in contact with the staff all night and got in very late from a flight delay. I was told someone would be at the desk because they were expecting me, but I still stood outside for 5 minutes unable to get in when I arrived. I finally called the front desk number and he sounded surprised I was there, but he came out of the other room to let me in. Then everything worked fine.
