Have to give a mention to hotel staff, probably most friendliest staff which I have faced. Gave us free water, rides to train station etc. Hotel was clean, and the views were outstanding. There was couple nice restaurants near by. Area surrounding is quiet and there is nature near by.

Road to hotel was really narrow, location is bit difficult to a foreigner, most of the people speak only italian in there. Fridge was not working very well, AC I guess is controlled by a staff so sometimess It was just suddenly closed. Any how it was fairly a cheap hotel, so in my eyes those were only minor issues.

This is a lovely family run hotel with people who really care about their guests. The view from our room was amazing and Luca was so accommodating in giving us lifts to the train station etc. Nothing was too much trouble.

Not much!! The food in the restaurant was fabulous and it is such a great idea to eat in the garden. The mosquitos were a problem (not a lot can be done there) and could I suggest some chairs with thicker legs so they don’t sink into the ground.

The host and staff have made this holiday an absolute extraordinary experience. The host ( Mrs Vanda I believe is her name) alongside staff have gone above and beyond anything we have seen in terms of hospitality. They have helped turn our holiday into a perfect one. Never ever have we experience this level of hospitality, dedication to tourists and empathy. The location of the hotel is superb. The breakfast was so diverse and met the diverse expectations of the pickiest eater. The size of the room was exceptional and the facilities as well. The clenliness of the hotel was exceptional, our room was cleaned every day and the sheets changed on daily basis as well. Due to the unfortunate fact that we didn't get a chance to rent a car, we were a bit worried that we wouldn't be able to go sightseeing, however this was made possible through the dedication and kindness of the manager/owner/staff which drove us every day to and from the train station at no expense. I cannot express in words our gratitude towards them and how happy we were to have come here. Everything was beyond perfect. I truly and honestly recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful scenery, great food and peace and quiet. It was one of the greatest get aways we have been on.

Even if I tried, I could not find one thing wrong. Everything was absolutely well over our expectations. It's the perfect combination in terms of hospitality, great scenery and extremely kind and thoughtfull staff.

Loved the location, service, friendly staff and owners. Great views. Quiet. Nice walk to church and old castle ruins top of the hill. Fantastic views. Nice rustic restaurant on site serves traditional local food and pizza. Bar on site for the relaxing Spritz. They also have another restaurant In Lecco. Also, a very nice licensed restorante/pizzeria just down the road as you are coming up the hill towards the hotel. It is called la Sfinge. Great food and the views. Don't be fooled by the entrance. Wait till you are inside. Easy access to Milano via train only 5 minutes drive from hotel. You can also take the train to Lecco to connect to the farys/boats etc which taking you to various locations around lake Como. We loved it. We will be back.

Charming hotel that takes you back in time. Exactly how we pictured Italy to be.

They had an air conditioner available for us to use. But didn’t have it already set up. It was a bit of an inconvenience trying to figure out a place to put it so that the drainage tube wouldn’t leak all over the room. I always wasn’t very happy to discover that someone came into our room while we were out having dinner and unplugged the lights we left on. (It was difficult to get the door to lock. So really anyone could come into the room)

It's a family ran business and everyone was friendly and welcoming, offering us a ride to the nearest city one of the days and explaining how we can get to Bellagio and back. Also, in the day of check out we were offered a ride to the train station. The view is amazing and you can have lovely walks in the area.

I loved my stay. It probably would have been easier if we would have had a car to get around but it didn't take away from the experience. As it is a quiet village, not much was open during the day but again, this didn't make our stay any less pleasant.

Luka and his family are fantastic hosts. Located at the foot of the mountains and right next to the trail head, beautiful walk with bar and cafe on the hike. The refuge is also lots of fun. Room had a lake view, comfy bed and sheets changed every day. Breakfast was great too.

The restaurant owned by the family across from the hotel wasn't great, expensive and bland food. Poor service

This family hotel is well run, provided a great breakfast and the staff was welcoming. It is next to a sanctuary and castle ruins. I recommend this place 👍

The hotel central air conditioning malfunctioned and it was hot in our room; thankfully, the hotel moved us to another room with air conditioning. Bravo!

This was in an out of the way street high above the town but there was a really good family run restaurant almost next door which we used both nights of our stay meaning we did not have to down the steep hill to find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was excellent.

This family run hotel was beyond any criticism.

Free parking in front of the location. Quiet area. Great breakfast and amazing space for having something to eat and drink your coffee. Wonderful staff, always there to help if needed Very clean rooms. Coffee machine in the room to start your day (also water). Good starting point for Lake Como visit.
