Very good value, great location, lovely bathroom, super comfortable beds, I would stay there again. So many places to go out and eat in walking distance, that I would not choose the breakfast option, unless you just want coffee and cereal, which they supply. Staff are wonderful. Just bear in mind there isn’t someone permanently on during the day but you can message them. At breakfast time, if you want hot water for your room, they will lend you a hot water flask and fill it up from their coffee machine for you in the morning ( at night I had it filled at the cafe/bar down the road) There is free filtered water. You can top up yourself throughout the day in a communal area.

Nothing I don’t like, but I would give some advice that if you want hot water on a regular basis, bring a kettle, there is no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but in Italy, I think most people go out for that.

Tucked away in street near to the town centre this hotel exceeded our expectations. We needed to let the owner know when check-in would be (which was fine) as there is not a permanently manned reception. We found the hotel easily - the directions we got were very good. Check in was friendly and helpful. Our room was well equiped and the bathroom in particular was very good. The hotel was excellent value for what we paid.

Tea / coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice - but most places we stayed (and we were travelling for two weeks across Europe) did not provide this, so it may not be normal to do so in France, Italy or Switzerland.

Nice and quiet place with a lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was new and clean. A small and neat fridge in the room. Cleaning service every day. Possibilty to use kitchen utensils and get water. The location near the lake and Monte Barro trails. The bus and train station quite close. Very helpful and English speaking! owner. Great price. Would definitely come back. Great price.

Maybe I would add something to pin up the curatains to make the light get into the room.

It was a great one night stay! We were allowed an early check-in at 12:30 which was great, as our flight landed at about 8 AM in Bergamo. Room was very, very clean, awesome beds and spatious shower. Liquid soap was provided, so be sure to bring your own extras (shampoo, shower gel). We didn't have breakfast, as we preferred coffee&piadine by the lake. Room temperature was perfect. There is a small fridge, make sure to turn it on. It's within walking distance from the promenade and the main squares.

Location, location location, this hotel gets. 10/10 from me. Extremely warm welcome from the lady who met us on our arrival. She seemed extremely proud to present our room. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The room has Mountain View’s and is only a 15 minute walk from all the attractions of Lecco.

Loved everything about Solo Sonno can’t fault it at all.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Very good rooms! The location is also good - near to the lake. Walking distance to train station and to the ferry terminal as well. Very good balance price-quality!

The only serious problem was that some of the staff doеs not speak English, which is quite annoying and sometimes a nightmare if you need help quickly for something specific! And skip the breakfast. It is not good at all! The internet was intermittent at several times, but for a short time was recovered.

I made the reservation, due to the close location of the hotel to the lake. It took us about 10-15 minutes on foot, from the train station, which is a nice walk through the town. When we arrived, the owner came to open us and provide us with the information about the keys. When we get to the room, it was nice and clean. We had the view to the mountain (which was visible form our window). The beds were really nice and after a long day of walking were really good for sleep.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but had plenty to start us off nicely. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were brilliant. There is a lift (a little one) if you need it and only a short walk in to town.

The door lock on our room was a bit fiddly and you had to slam the door to get it to close, but I'm sure that will be fixed.

The perfect place to stay in Lecco. The customer service is on the highest level. The hotel is very cozy and safe, you can feel it from the very first step. My room was shining clean and I had all necessary facilities. And there is 2 minutes if walking to reach the lake with stunning view of the mountains. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms with lift access.. Excellent bathroom and shower (one of the best of our 6-week stay). Very good price for Lecco if needing multiple rooms. Pleasant al fresco breakfast area. Lecco itself is absolutely stunning - there are panoramic views on all sides

Our lack of Italian made communication a little awkward, but we got through it.. Breakfast was a bit light on, and we could't serve ouselves, compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The hotel doesn't offer prepayment - which would simplify checking in.
