Palazzo Del Vicerè is one of the most amazing places to stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the World. Arianna is a star as host and communication on the booking the apartments and amenities including the private beach and jacuzzi along with recommendations for excursions, places of interest, and restaurants were invaluable. Abdul and Arianna's son helped move our bags to and from the car to the top of the building and all staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spotless when we returned each day. The breakfast was delicious with a broad range of local produce and a wonderful array of different foods. There are many restaurants nearby and has been said in other reviews about the area, you should phone in advance to book a table as they were all lively with very good quality food. It was a very special place and a wonderful experience.

Parking is a bit far from the entrance, so you have to lug your luggage about 100m. No possibility to park closer, due to no roads/streets.

The place was exceptional - the history, the views, the location. So many wonderful details. Christiano and Ariana were exceptional hosts. We highly recommend their sailboat tour around the lake, great company, great food, and history about the lake surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The views from our room were stunning in 3 directions.

You might have to head towards Bellagio for a better selection of restaurants. Very little sunshine on this side of the mountain in the winter.

A peaceful location with superb view. Very clean this family hotel is run by an amazing team. Ariana surprised us every morning with healthy meals served in beautiful garden or in the elegant lunchroom. You are surrounded by fresh flowers in this lovely place. If you are looking for more turism activity It is close by Bellagio (10 minutes drive) At this charming hotel you have free parking. Before your arrival will receive the information and you can’t miss the location.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Palazzo del Vicere! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the private little beach—it felt so cozy and exclusive, like our own hidden paradise. Everything about the place made us feel relaxed and welcome. We definitely plan to come back!

This hotel is just perfect, beautiful location on the lake , the room is set up to highest quality , view of the lake is priceless. Owner of the hotel and Arianna and her staff were absolutely brilliant. Characteristics and luxury of the hotel is just superb. So much interesting history behind that building as well.. I am definitely going back for a second visit.

Beautiful villa right on the lake front. Great views. The room was large and had old world elegance without being fussy. Very comfortable bed. Location was good for me as I had a car, and parking was available. This was end of season, so maybe not so convenient in high season. There is a fast ferry about 200M up the road. The hostess Ariana was great. Charming, helpful, full of local knowledge. The villa has it’s own private beach about 50 M walk away, with deck chairs, fridge and changing rooms. Staying here one feels secluded away in a magic place, away from all the tourist madness of the name villages like Bellagio. There are a few local restaurants which I didn’t try, but all in reasonable proximity.

If I didn’t have mobility with a car might have felt a little bit stuck there.

This is the second time that we have stayed in the past few years. It small family run hotel is simply outstanding The location is perfect between Bellagio and Como if you wish to have a more busier evening you can easily do this, yet the hotel itself offers you absolute tranquility, stylish sophistication, comfort and just purely stunning beyond belief. We booked this hotel for our wedding 5 years ago and in our opinion it left all of the other 5 star hotels standing. We have gone back recently as a celebration and it was just perfect at every level. The owner Laura is desperately proud of this property (and rightly so) and we watched as she placed freshly cut flowers every morning and paid attention to every detail. Ariana - the perfect manager and her staff just cannot do enough to welcome you and make your stay perfect To stay that this hotel is outstanding just does not give it enough justice Perfect in every way

Beautiful property and very lovely room. It’s not every day you stay at a Palazzo. Our host (Arianna) was amazing. So lovely and helpful. It was also nice to learn more about the history of the property and the family that owns it.

Everything was great but I think to push it to the right level of luxury that it deserves I would suggest including slippers and bath robes in the room. The breakfast was of good quality but simple which might put off some people. It would be best if you have a car when staying here but they can also arrange taxis and there is public transport. The parking is public, so you might at times find it full. Nonetheless these are just very minor things. Overall a really lovely stay (and Arianna is amazing!)

This is an exceptional property run by remarkable people. Our room was spacious with a view to die for. The staff goes out if their way to help you with every detail. Lezzeno is a small quiet town between Crazy busy Como and more than crazy busy Bellagio. It is exactly the quiet we needed.

This has little to do with the property itself and more to do with the wacky Lake Como ferry system. Tickets get sold out quickly and you can wait in line for a ticket and not get one. If you do get one, you can wait in line to get on board and not be allowed as the boat is full. So, as wonderful a location as Lezzeno is, prepare your trips in advance. The bus system is good as well but the day we arrived, a landslide shut the system down. But, the hotel came to our rescue in horrible weather and guided us to their hotel. Ariana, who seems to run the place is an angel.
