This hotel is away from the tourist hussle and bussle but just a short boat ride or bus ride from it if you want to taste it in small doses. The view of the lake from the hotel is spectacular. There is also a terrific resteraunt downstairs which we liked so much, we ate there every night. We took our small dog and I can confirm the venue is very dog friendly. There is a lovely terrace where you can order drinks and just watch the lake. There are free public beaches nearby. I terms of trips, we were a bit disapointed with Varenna and Como. Too touristy without much beyond bars and resteraunts. Bellagio is very touristy but there are more shops etc... However, Lenno was less than 15 minutes away on the boat and we loved it. Not loads to do but good for a few hours and it has a nice vibe and a terrific ice cream shop. Also a proper souvenir shop. The hotel can sell you the bus tickets. Our dog developed a liking for carpaccio in Italy and fortunately there was a butchers 2 doors away. Also a small supermarket next door. The room has a fridge and good air conditioning. Can't fault it and we hope to return soon.

Stylish hotel, good size room, comfy bed, very good location with great views to como lake from restaurant and lobby bar. Private parking which is big bonus around there. Bus stop 1 minute and the Lezzeno port for the ferries is 10 minutes walk. Friendly staff. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back if going to Como lake again!

Breakfast isn’t worth it at all! The food runs out quickly and they are veery slow to bring more and even when they do it is so minimal that it is not enough for everyone waiting. Next time room without the breakfast we only wasted our tle waiting for the food and then went and had a lovely bap in Bellagio. The room could do with blackout curtains, but not a major problem for uas stayed only two nights.

We stayed 4 nights in the room with the mountain view. It was very comfortable, clean and quite spacious, including the bathroom. Enjoyed the fact that they had solid shampoo and body wash soap bars. The A/C worked perfectly and was essential for the very warm summer nights. One of the highlights of the hotel is, with no doubt, the beautiful view from the terrace where you can have your breakfast or drinks at sunset. The restaurant at the hotel is also very nice, good service and good food at very affordable prices for Lago di Como. The location is good, near a bus stop to Como and to Bellagio and also boat that allows you to get around to other towns like Tremezzo, Menaggio and Varenna. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel.

Not that I didn’t like, but there wasn’t much variety for breakfast. Even so, it was still quite good and the pastry (croissants and miniatures) was fresh. If you’re lactose intolerant just ask one of the staff for lactose free milk as it’s not put on display at breakfast.

The view ftom our balcony was breathtaking and the air conditioning was a godsend in 34 degs. We parked our 5 MG Tfs in the car park and used the bus and boats (both very near by) to travel around. We ate in the restaurant on all 3 nights and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. We used the private steps from the hotel to swim in the lake and had drinks and breakfast on the terrace. All in all, a gem of a find!!

Staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The room was very modern, and the super clean restaurant staff were very nice and helpful . We would stay here again for sure.

The address on our booking.com reservation took us to the wrong location, and when we called the person was not helpful, when we showed him mistake,he refused accept, next day a lady clearly understood what we were saying. I found it by going directly to the hotel website , and we ended up having to find the ferry with the help of some locals who spoke english and another tourist, but the location was excellent after we got settle in. My advice for more research and double check your route. Im

Love the breakfast lake view, no better way to start your day. Staff were so helpful and welcoming..Restaurant onsite we rang up to book on the way back from.Bellagio and when we arrived they had reserved a table with lake view. Room beautiful, if you can book a balcony, go for it. Location is a bus ride away from Ballagio, tickets available from Reception. Other restaurants are a short walk away. It's in a quiet spot but that adds to its charm. There is an authentic Italian bar a short walk.

Friendly staff. Clean good comfy room. Fantastic location. Very pleased we stayed in Lezzeno. We ate in the downstairs restaurant 3 nights out of 3. The view is wonderful from the terrace.

Not crazy about continental breakfasts in general. Eggs would have been nice. But a minor issue. It's a beautiful location but it's not super easy to get there. Get the ferry and walk if you can. The taxi from Como cost us €120!

Wonderful location, direct view to Como Lake, from the apartment and also from the breakfast/dining terraces, parking included, which is an issue in the Como area, easy access to bus, for Bellagio (20 min ride), spacious, very nice rooms; swimming possible right next to the hotel(public area)

AC units were struggling a bit to keep the cool temperature, but it was also very hot. It is more of a plus than something that we did not like, but the property is much nicer than pictures from Booking.

Very friendly staff and everything very well in order. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The location is a smaller village and somewhat remote from larger towns and cities. Travel is thus always required to visit those. Public transport by bus and ferry is available at walking distance though and the hotel has free private parking, so this is easily remedied. Very small note on an overall very positive experience.

Absolutely amazing location! Our favourite part of the day was having breakfast with these breathtaking views of the lake! I felt like I could spend the entire day at this terrace (and you literally can, the terrace is open for residents 24/7 although the cafe closes around 9:30pm). The hotel has a restaurant which offers great views too and has a decent menu (although waiting times can be long). There are some stairs down the hotel which can take you directly to the lake if you are up for a swim (I only discovered this on my last day there). There’s also a garden in front with sunbeds and an open space where children can play while you stare at the mountains and soak it all in. We couldn’t get the lake view rooms, but there was a nice side lake view even in our road facing room. It’s not the most happening part of town (we liked it though). There’s a bus stop right in-front of the hotel (but buses were super crowded so we didn’t use it). The ferry point is a 10min walk and can get you to most places like Varenna, Bellagio etc. easily.

There are not a lot of restaurants/ food options around so we pretty much had dinner at the hotel everyday, which was nice but had long waiting times. The view was super nice though!
