The location of MUSA is stunning and I loved the fact that it is a small, boutique style hotel rather than a big chain hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially bringing extra pillows and towels to our room upon request. The food was great and the pool area was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t realise that MUSA is an hour and a half drive from Milan Linate airport, this cut down our time for relaxation on the last day as we had to drive back to the airport. I was very disappointed to have our spa treatments cancelled because the therapist was not on site and got stuck in traffic, delaying him for 45 minutes. There was no time for us to reschedule this and I felt disappointed in the way this was handled.

The level of details about the room, the extreme care of the staff, the food quality m, the hospitality the showed and the feeling that you get that you are the most important thing to them!

The area is not walk friendly but this is for the whole area as it stationed on the side of the mountain

We really loved our stay at Musa Lago di Como. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to take a swim and it’s only a short walk from some great restaurants and cafes. The bar and restaurant at the hotel are fantastic, we dined there frequently and had consistent great meals. The service is exceptional too, all staff are very helpful and responsive to requests, they all really helped make it a memorable stay. I would definitely like to return for a future stay.

I must say, I’ve stayed at many many resorts but the service at this spot tops just about all of them. This modern luxury boutique hotel set directly on the water of lake Como deserves 5 plus stars. The atmosphere is superb. Breakfast is served in a room with full glass doors overlooking the lake. You feel as if you are on a boat. The food comes from the Michelin star kitchen. The truffle toast is a must. The location is central and if you like to drive the parking is included. The concierge is extremely helpful in planning your itinerary offering many different options. We had one of our best trips ever. Thanks so much to all of the pleasant staff. Stay here for an amazing experience!

Narrow roads in lake como

It’s an elegant small villa, with modern rooms and white marble bathrooms with balconies overlooking the lake. The staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel has its own pier on the lake and it’s very easy to get on a boat and explore the lake and visit the villages. With only a few guests, it’s a rather relaxing affair. On check-in and check-out they offered us many treats, like Prosecco, fresh fruits and dolci and pasta and bottles of water for the road.

Breakfast was not included in the rate.

Musa is a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful neighbourhood with wonderful views of the lake. Service and food is fantastic and beautifully presented but also delicious, it felt like a true gastronomic Michelin experience dining here. Easy to walk alongside the lake and walk into Sala Comancina from the hotel (we also visited Le Tout Paris on a few occasions - a brilliant restaurant and wine bar just a few doors down, by the way) Loved the heated pool with views of the lake, and outdoor gym. The whole concept behind Musa is fantastic, fascinating to learn more about their “Muses” in the rooms and drinks menu. So many special little touches including turndown cookies every night, and lovely pasta and cologne as a departure gift. Would definitely recommend staying here.

No baby changing facilities (though have not seen any in Lake Como in general!) and very expensive to get a cot for the room (60 euros a night!) so had to bring our own. also was not informed about the hotel lift until we noticed another couple with a buggy using this on our final day, so were lugging our pram and baby items up and down the stairs every day (a good workout though)

The MUSA Team was exceptionally welcoming! They made us feel overwhelmingly comfortable since we got to the train station in Como. They picked us up in their private transportation, and from that point on, we felt like we were in a dream. The boat ride through the lake was like out of a movie. The couples massage was also great! The experience in their restaurant ROTEO was beyond what we could have ever expected. The food was exquisite! The service and the attention to detail presented by the MUSA Team is second to none. Thank you again to the MUSA Team for starting off our honeymoon journey with such an UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE ❤️

Staff especially Martina and Simona were excellent. Our boat trips and transfers were so efficient. Frankly, the best concierge service I have ever experienced. Breakfast was very good and the guys at the bar - especially Giovanni - were super nice. The location is wonderful. Really enjoyed listening to the sounds of the water, birdsong and even the ferries!

The cigarette butt ends on the balcony and peeling paintwork. The chips and scratches on the wardrobe and the taps. The empty soap container and failure to replace the towels.

We love it every minute. Very well located,. And old villa newly transformed in hotel with an amazing taste. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with all the amenities, including an Ipad, sound bar, massage machine and even a set of binoculares. The staff was very professional. Always availble and supportive. A beautiful restaurant with Lake Como views, excellent bar/wine list. Also the food experiente was top! I can go on with more... Will come back for sure,

Steamroom (not working) and Sauna are next door to the cleaning staff room. It compromise the privacy. Also the outdoor gym only can work when is good weather.

Great restaurant, attentive staff which deliver good service (including little gifts which were unexpected). Property itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Gym and sauna/spa area is small but has everything you need.

The music on the patio and common areas was a bit loud which felt slightly unnecessary if you were hoping to just relax on the lake.
