We loved staying here, the location is a fair walk from the town centre but if you enjoy walking like we do then this isn’t a problem at all. The service at this accommodation was really good, the breakfast included with the stay was lovely and set us up for the day. Eating it out in the terrace garden was gorgeous. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly! The free parking directly outside the property is an absolute bonus and not often found when travelling Italy.

In our room the bed was broken, the headboard was clinging on for dear life and even slight movements caused it to bang against the wall.

Excellent breakfast service, very comfortable room with a beautiful private balcony. Garden was excellent to enjoy some afternoon reading even this early in the season.

The rooms are not at all soundproof and any noise can be heard from all over the house very clearly. This made for a slightly uncomfortable experience when it came to making any normal amount of noise in our own room (chatting, flushing, streaming Netflix on a laptop in the evening, etc.) as we knew it could easily be disturbing other guests.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Irene was very kind and waited for us despite our late check-in, as our boat from Lenno was delayed. The room was small but very well organized, even equipped with a kettle. Breakfast was excellent, served in a very cozy environment. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, Irene kindly showed us a beautiful garden. We must come back again when the weather is nicer to fully enjoy it!

It was a nice little hotel/guesthouse with nice view, very, very pleasant and helpful host. The room was pretty, and the beds were big and comfy. I really liked that it had a plug on the balcony, could work from there.

For breakfast you had only bread with some toppings and muesli. If you wanted eggs you had to pay for them, even though the breakfast was included. Weird. Also would have been nice to have a full length mirror. The accommodation is a bit far from the center though, but if you're sporty, its completely fine. Its a 15 minute hike.

The staff where amazing, friendly, helpful and on top of everything. Room was immaculate and we where lucky enough to have room 4 with the lake view. Location ideal, a 10 to 15 minute walk into town and Bellagio is lovely. Hotel far enough out so as not to be disturbed by the bustle of the town.

Nothing about the hotel to dislike. Please be aware if you are not very mobile, there are a lot of steps on the walk into and out if town, although there is access by car.

Lovely staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean and beds/pillows comfortable. The added bonus of a garden at the back of the guest house with gorgeous views.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty however not as much choice/selection as other places we have stayed. Location was around 15 mins from the centre (all uphill on the way there) not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues this may be a problem.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The guest house is very close to the center on walking distance and Gaia is an excellent host! Totally recommend it!! Grazie di tutto Gaia!

The place is not in the center, however, the surroundings are very nice. Person whom we contacted communicated very pleasantly. Also, if you decided to stay there, be ready for lots of stairs. Thank you for everything!

the terrace that was accessible to guests was very nice with great views. The staff were very nice and made us great cappuccinos in the morning for breakfast.

The guest house was a little far from the center, especially since there are no taxis and we were lugging our luggage 20 min. up cobblestone steps. The breakfast could have been a little bit better as well.

We stayed 3 wonderful nights at Andirivieni Guest House. Communication beforehand was excellent, and on arrival, Paula was very welcoming. Our room decor was modern and so clean! Rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast was served in the garden and was extensive and delicious. I looked forward to our morning cappuccino. A drinks fridge was available to purchase waters, coke and beers as you wish. The position is perfect, with beautiful views, we particularly liked the garden at night with the lights below. We were able to walk everywhere, about 15 min to Central Bellagio and 10 min to the Lido and free beach. We just needed to leave enough energy for the uphill climb back.
