It was lake Como in early spring, so wherever you stay, you'll be more than happy and satisfied :) But this place was amazing. We had lakeview room and we couldn't get enough of the view and the calming sound of waves in the lake with occasionally passing boasts and ferries. It was surreal. The restaurant was also amazing, offering great foods and wines/beers that we enjoyed very much.

Nothing related to the place, but with a 2.5 yo son, I wish I had rented a car or I could think of transportation in advance. Not just taxis are super expensive, they are not available last minute and you have to book it well in advance.

It was a pleasure to be a guest of the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One evening the temperatures dropped and we successfully warmed ourselves on the air conditioning. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and large enough. We had an included breakfast which was hearty and tasty enough that we could even skip lunch, and our host made us a nice Italian cappuccino. The best thing about the hotel is of course its location, right on the lake and being able to drink your coffee while admiring the lake. We were renting a car and it was a great convenience for us to be able to park it in front of the hotel itself, paying nothing extra. There is a bus stop above the hotel. But we were driving the car and had no worries about having nowhere to park when we got home. I would recommend the place with absolute certainty. Oh, and lest I forget, the mattresses were very comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and cooperative. The restaurant attached to the hotel was open for dinner and I even had a glass of wonderful red wine after the long walks of the day.

We could hear a little noise from the restaurant in the room, but the noise lasted no later than 10:30 pm, so it didn't interrupt our rest.

We booked the room with the balcony view and it was amazing. We waked up to the sound of the lake and the cold and humid breeze. Beware of insects, so always close the window at night if the light is turned on. The bathroom was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. I 100% recommend spending the extra 20€ for the balcony view. It's truly beautiful when you open the window and you can see the lake and Villa del Balbianello across. The breakfast was a little modest but there were quite a lot of things to choose from. (yogurt, milk, different cereals, brownies, pies, eggs, bread, crackers, butter, juices, ham, cheese and a few more) We only stayed for 2 nights so it was perfect.

Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets next to the property or in close proximity to it, but the staff is really nice and helpful if you need anything

It was our first time visiting Lake Como, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place to truly experience its stunning, untouched nature. The views are beyond words — they stay in your heart forever. Lake Como is love at first sight, absolutely breathtaking! A huge thank you to the hotel staff — everything was top-notch: the room was spotless, the food was exquisite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The dishes at the restaurant were a real culinary delight!

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, large room, clean and comfortable bed. We were in the hotel for only 2 days, but the room was cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts, a wide selection: eggs, bacon, cheese, rolls, oatmeal, cereals, milk, yogurts, fruits, croissants, juices. It was delicious for us. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation. It is convenient that there is a restaurant on the first floor, where you can have dinner in the evening. Delicious pizza, wine list. Separately, I want to note the view from the room - it is simply incredible - Lake Como. The hotel is right on the shore and the balcony offers an incredible view of the lake and mountains.

There were only 2 nuances. On the first day in the evening, the water in the shower was not too hot (it was cold outside and I wanted to warm up in the shower). But the next day it was better. The second is the terrace, which was still closed. Maybe it opens later when it gets warmer outside.

It was located a bit off the beaten path in Lezzeno which made it less populated with tourists. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was right on Lake Como so we could open our balcony doors (unit 3) and look at the water and the other side of the lake. We also swam in the very clean 20c water.

Not related to the property itself — Lezzeno needs to install a pedestrian sidewalk on at least one side of its narrow main highway and extend the Lake path all the way to the hotel.

We reserved room #2 which has a double bed and partial lake view. The room and shower is a bit small, however it was perfect for 2 people and one-night stay by the lake. Hotel location is just 6 km from Bellagio so we could explore within a day. We keep nice memory of our trip on lake Como thanks to nice service from staff (speaking fluent French and English amongst other) and the delicious food. The breakfast included was very tasty and plentiful. Most memorable experience was our dinner at the restaurant, which offers large variety of reasonably priced pizza and pinsa, nice pasta selection which paired well with a glass of white wine Pinot Grigio and the dessert was excellent ('fondant chocolat').

Wifi a bit weak and hot water lukewarm.

The view, wow! (from the room / the bed/ the balcony, heck, even the bathroom. wow). The room is simple, but.. who cares. you'll only have eyes for the view :) Everything was clean, the restaurant was lovely, the small beach is worth a swim. The parking is tricky but doable. so worth it!

In every other hotel I would have complained that the door knob just came off when opening the door :)) but I am pretty sure they have fixed it for the next guests by now.

The view from the window/balcony is wonderful. The famous Villa del Balbianello is right on the other side of the lake. It's a very quiet corner of the lake. After 23:00, you can leave the window open. Only minor sounds of passing boats might disturb you. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t any good, despite the fact that the hotel has a full-fledged restaurant. Most of the products were packed in plastic, and there were no vegetables.
