The place and nature around are majestic if you're going by car. Authentic house and rooms. Very clean. Hospitable people. Nice breakfast and service.

There was no telephone/network connection in the area, so we couldn't find the place in the dark from the start. But we went a bit down the hill and saw the restaurant, which is also a guesthouse.

The location is perfect. It is in the hills, there is forest, nature, clean and cold air. The surrounding is perfectly quiet. It's about 25 mins driving to Bellagio. They have enough parking places in front of the house. There is a typical Italian restaurant downstairs so you can eat and drink there. (You cannot hear any noise in the room). The house is old but provides everything what you need - hot water, comfortable bed, hot dinner and cold beer :-)

No internet. You are in the middle of nowhere!

Lovely owner and staff who looked after us and were very accommodating as we arrived at midnight. Very pretty location, up in the hills and a good breakfast

We had two rooms, one bathroom was a little small but in general difficult to fault.

If you don't mind to drive 20 min from Bellagio or if you are looking for a place to hike, this place is a very nice suprise in the mountain. It is a simple accomodation, but very clean and typical mountain cabin. Staff was nice, dinner at the restaurant very tasty and homemade, breakfast with warm croissants. Good value for money.

good family atmosphere, it’s a place where you can get away from the day to day distractions of life. the hosts were great and despite the fact that I can’t speak Italian I was made to feel at home. Breakfasts were good and the area is really quiet at night. The room was clean and although the floor was a little creaky that could be because of my size.

everything was good to be honest. it can take some getting used to being away from daily distractions and some people react better than others to that. myself I like being able to disconnect and as there was no mobile signal it was more than possible. this signal problem was solved quickly for me by the owner who gave us access to the in house Wi-Fi which whilst not at city speeds allowed me to plan my trips out and get emails fine. the road to the place is not for the faint of heart 😁

It was such a nice experience to stay. The ambiance, environment was very relaxing and comforting. The owner was very kind and helpful. Food was amazing😍

The owner is very friendly and very understanding. The room is clean and have a rustic feel. If you're into outdoor activities like hiking and/or mtb it is the perfect place to stay.

This beautiful family hotel was wonderful. The food was delicious and the family that runs it are very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to sleep before going downhill to Como.

A cozy place to stay.

Very friendly owner. Location was up the mountain in a quiet peaceful area. 20ish min to bellagio with incredible views on the drive down. Also had ample parking which was amazing as we were driving our American sized minivan that some times we can't fit easily.

Breakfast was only rolls/cappuccino, free so no complaints i just expected something more
